I was told my prescription for 1 tube of Triamcinolone & 16 Amoxicillin tablets would be ready 10/23 at 6:28pm. Told by pharmacist (at drive-thru) at 11th & Rockland (Reading PA) at noon on 10/24 that prescription was not ready .. it would take 30 minutes. Went to pickup after work, same pharmacist said it was still not ready ... 40 minutes later finally filled. Line at pharmacy 20+ deep, everyone angry at pharmacist (incompetent, lazy, was absolutely doing NOTHING ... if you were wise, you would FIRE HIM. I will...
