Wish I could do 0 Star to this location. I always order from the CVS on Penn Street but Today I had go to the N 11th St location. I order online and after I go pick it up like always. The young lady who was at the register today February 9th around 1230 pm. A young black lady. She was very unprofessional and very rude to the customers and to me. I order 2 different orders and she didn't bag my stuff. I asked her to please do and she told me that she was kind of busy. I said to her that every single item which I paid for should be bag up and label. After I told her to please do. She gave me an attitude and a very nasty look. The next client after me had a misunderstood with the young lady also because she didn't want to assist her either. I believe that the young black lady was having a bad day because she had a ruff night. I been a CVS customer for over 30 years of my life and I had never been mistreated by any CVS employees like today.    Read moreI’m extremely disappointed by the way I was treated over the phone by the pharmacy manager. From the start of the call, his tone was rude, abrupt, and unprofessional. He spoke to me as if I were a bother, interrupted me multiple times, and didn’t give me the chance to fully explain my concern. Instead of offering help or even basic courtesy, he came across as impatient and dismissive. There was no attempt to clarify things or provide any support — just attitude and short, clipped responses that made me feel like I was being talked down to. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, especially from someone in a management position in a healthcare setting. A bit of respect and patience goes a long way, and unfortunately, none of that was shown during our call. Had to transfer all my prescriptions to another pharmacy.    Read moreIf I could rate this store a 0 star, I would rate it a -1. This store for a while now has been so understaffed and the people who do work there noticeably do not want to be there. I called the pharmacy and was placed on hold just for them to never come back on the phone . They very well were going to leave me on hold until I hung up I had to go inside to see them literally ignoring my call on purpose. There were no customers in the store. They close their drive through window whenever it’s convenient honestly this store would better serve its customers if it was just closed and people were redirected to another CVS that cares about their own jobs as well as the customers.
