Us Nails — Local services in Reading

I usually only go to nail techs that goes by appointment only but this time I couldn’t get a spot with my usual nail tech, I found this place when i searched “nail salons in my area”. I called to see if they take walks in’s and then I came about 30 minutes later. I so deeply regret going to this place. I don’t judge anyone’s beliefs but they have an alter which isn’t the problem but however they have fruits at the alter that was going bad and a cup of tea that has been there for who knows how long. while I was sitting and my feet were in the tub soaking there were flies flying around me constantly because I was seated next to the alter. The girl that did my pedicure was in such a rush it took like 20 something minutes plus I didn’t even get a massage and my feet didn’t even soak for 10 minutes. I picked the pedicure for $45 dollars and she randomly recommended the more expensive one as if I asked. My toe nails were very long and she filed them down completely and rounded off the edges so ugly, the shape of my toe nails were very inconsistent. By the time I got my feet done she directed me to sit and then I waited about an hour and something before anyone started doing my manicure. I was very patient. One of the older ladies came and filed my nails and pasted on the tips(which she rushed to do because she had another customer under the uv light drying their nails). After she was done I proceeded to wait again until another worker came and started filing my nails and cut down the tips she also rushed because she wasn’t finished with the previous client. She came back to me when she was done and started shaping my nails, the whole process was so rushed. I did a natural pink and milk white ombré with clear glitter top coat. While she was doing my nails I was looking at my nails and I didn’t say anything and for some reason me simply looking at my nails were annoying her, she commented that she had been doing nails for 7 years and she knows what she’s doing. I did not like how she shaped my nails bc she wasn’t listening to me when i showed her the picture of how I wanted my nails to be shaped, she had an attitude when she was putting on the cuticle oil. I would not recommend this place, very dirty establishment with unprofessional workers. The pedicure was not worth $45 and the manicure was definitely not worth the $75 dollars at all. I had went in with my boyfriend's mom. She was going in to get coffin cats eye and I went in for solid black stiletto. They gave her almond instead and her color was way to light and slightly transparent. They had nicked her twice with the file. Mine are thick, not properly painted, missed some acrylic on the side of my nails, glue is on my fingers, kept trying to get me to get french tips, cut my finger with the non-electric file, then twice more with the electric file and snapped that I need to relax after I flinched when she cut me. She's also blaming my injuries on that I have too much cuticle??? She had filed too much of my actual nail so now my nails hurt. Was shoving my nails, skin, and glue under my nails. Then when I asked if they can do anything about this they said I can pay to have them removed, I could come in and they'd fix them (won't help the pain) because they won't give a refund. They wouldn't take any form of payment aside from cashapp including the actual card. Hidden fee of what im assuming...

Ethan & Emma are literally amazing!!!

I arrived about 5:40 they didn’t turn me away because of the time Ethan greeted me very politely, and took great care of me the entire time. Emma was so kind to offer us ladies drinks & snacks. It was 3 of us none of us knew each other but we all literally showed up about the same time frame & we weren’t denied service they got right to work and made us feel like so comfortable that we all found ourselves in conversations & sharing a little about our families I had just got off an 8 hr shift TRUE DEFINITION of “ME TIME” because I was so relaxed!
