Wawa — Restaurant in Reading

To begin with this wawa usually is a mess. You order via mobile and they end up usually misplacing your order, rather then being on the mobile order cart they just leave it at the pick up counter for when you order it from the in store kiosk or they put it behind the registers with the door dash orders. Then when you ask they just say oh if it’s not on the mobile order cart it’s not ready yet even when it’s past the time for pickup. This happens so much I started to go to other Wawa’s nearby honestly. If we the cust are ordering on the app we want that quick experience because more then likely we are on the go. Never had issues with curbside pickup I even feel like it works better then mobile in store pick ups I feel bad doing curbside when I can just go in the store but at least this way I don’t have to go hunting down my order. Never had issues with the employees themselves but this is a huge issue they need to get their order process/pickup more organized. I do not blamed Wawa but I do blamed the managers and staff at the Location on N 11th St In Reading PA. This is the worst Wawa At Berks county. The Employees are always smoking por at the back parking lot and always mad at their job. This location is always dirty and I mean it. The whole parking lot is filthy with trash all over. The inside is even worse. They do not clean their coffee station or drinks station. They never Wash their hands and they all are always on a very disrespectful mood. If you ask anything they will provide you with an attitude. From management to the whole staff. Their bathroom is worse then those in prison and the food is always cold and not the way it should be. They were fast but I thought something was weird about the chicken strips. I continued to eat all 5 since I haven't had Wawa in a long time and I figured it was the honey mustard I was using giving it texture.. I was wrong. There was a softness inside the breading and I would've recognized in the moment if I wasn't using sauce but here I am at 2:40am puking my head off and this is the only thing I ate these last few hours.
