As A Person Who works in retail and customer service you should at least acknowledge your customers and not one single person that works in that store says hello to you. Ask if you need any help. There are too busy having conversations amongst each other. Hi shopping at store quite often and it's never a pleasant experience. You have workers on their cell phones talking to, their significant others about things that happened in the store and you have the cashiers standing around eating chitchatting amongst each other while there's a line of people waiting to get checked out don't say hello to you. They don't even look at you. They don't tell you your total they don't say thank you it's the worst customer service I've ever experienced I was recently in there today and I was the only person standing in that line. There was three people behind the register two of them were counting cash. The other one was standing there eating chips. I stood there at least five minutes, waiting to pay for my stuff. Please train your staff and employees to have a little bit of decency on the customers that are actually keeping that place open. If it wouldn't be for the customers coming in there to shop those employees wouldn't have a job....

Terrible customer service. The cashier was so rude. I might as well have not been standing there during the entire interaction. She chatted with her coworkers behind the counter the entire time. Didn’t tell me the total so I had to ask her. Made a whole scene because I didn’t want my receipt (yes I’m well aware of returns but the clothes are not expensive so I usually donate what I don’t keep) as I’m walking away saying she could’ve just thrown it away she goes “excuse me?” Trying to make a scene in front of everyone. Employees racially profiling. This is an extremely racist and discriminatory store. Walked in after a stroll with friends to be meet with half of the employees staring and following us around. We looked around, picked stuff up and put it down as customers do, and finally when we get to the check out a lady accuses my friend of stealing their $5.99 jewelry. It escalates into my friend being told to get out for stealing absolutely nothing and even offering to be checked. Lady claims she saw her hide it, blatantly lying and calls the manager over for nothing exactly. We dropped our items and left the store. Roaches were also present in the store. DO...
