This was my first time visiting this nail salon and I must say out of all the salons I visited in Hunterdon County so far, this one might actually be my absolute favorite. The staff was so pleasant and welcoming. The pedicure that Helen gave me was beyond AMAZING. she took her time with my feet and gave it the TLC it needed. I really appreciated it....and that massage, I just cant say enough about it. My nails are not filed good. There are sparp edges. I feel like going back and having them filed again. But I really didn't enjoy my experience. They rush through and don't communicate well at all. She just started cutting my nails off when I stopped her. She tried to cut my cuticles after she polished my nails and she skipped over the whole hand pretending as if she did it. After stopping her three times and shouting ouch! Because she was to rough and hurt me. The manager came over and she understood I only want gel polish not gel nails. My husband had his feet done. I had a party of three in to get our nails done and the bill was a little over 250. While having mine done I tipped the woman over 20% . When my fiancee and daughter were done I tipped well over 40% for them both not knowing they had different people providing them service. When I went to pay I was confronted publicly about tipping and had who i belive to the manager and the employee literally with their hands out. This to me was disgusting.
