DO NOT LET THIS MAN IN YOUR HOME!! I have had many sleepless nights over ever letting this man in my home. I barely ever write reviews, but felt an overwhelming need to warn the public. I had a very large collection to sell, so he came out to the house and we discussed what he was buying and price. I made it very clear if he was interested in anything additional that would be an extra cost.

The day he came out to box up and pick up the agreed upon items was a nightmare! He brought three guys to help and I needed to have four sets of eyes. It started off with an item he wasn’t taking being broken (chuck that up to accidents happen). He started in the basement and once they had the truck full Randy took off without even letting me know he was leaving to unload and leaving three guys in the house. I now know why! He had boxed up items that were not part of the agreement. When the three guys eventually left to get lunch. I started going through the boxes that were in the driveway ready for when the truck returned. Found baseball figurines, Lego sets and Pez collection which were not in agreement. In addition, there were small packages that had not been opened that they had no idea what was in them and boxed them up anyway. I also caught two of the other guys taking pictures with their phones of items in the house that they weren’t purchasing. One of the young guys hid his phone behind his back when I came in the room. I addressed the items not in the agreement with Randy but he plays the nice guy act saying that he is sure everything he took in the first load was good. Then one of the young guys spoke up saying they took Lego sets when Randy assured me they didn’t. The real kicker is he told me he would pay me for those items that were boxed up, but not in the agreement and he never did! I know for a fact that several items were taken without permission that were not paid for and I am sure there were more items taken that I don’t know about. All I can say is in my experience if you turn your head these guys will rob you blind and I regret the day I ever contacted Randy!! You can send pics of what you have to sell instead of running out which is very convenient, they are very friendly and reasonable with their offers too! The guy was fair with me. He didn't offer me top dollar for my stuff, but quote honestly I wasn't asking for it. He has some really cool older video game stuff that I would've liked to purchase while I visited his brick and mortar location, but he wasn't interested, so that was a bummer.
