It was my first time ordering from the shop today. Like anyone else would do I looked up the menu from there website online and I called in to order an Italian sub. When I called I asked the owner if the sub came with fries and she responded no but I can make it a combo for a little extra. The sub itself was nine dollars which I didn't mind spending if it was a good sub. Well I went to pick up my sub and small fry and I was given the total of almost 20 dollars. My jaw may have actually hit the ground and I tried to reassure that I was only being charged for one sub because I was speechless at the price. The owner told me if I wanted lower prices then I should go to McDonald's. I informed the owner that his price only is 9 dollars and I was met with nothing but anger and hostility for simply reassuring the price of the sub. It was one thing to have one sub cost 20 dollars. It's another to ask a question and be met with hostility which makes the food not even worth the price. Definitely double check the prices if you go here because they double the prices without informing you or changing them on their website and make sure your ready to be met with rudeness if you go in. My suggestion, go...

I want to start by saying that they were extremely busy tonight and doing their absolute best. I can see how hard they were working to push orders out in a timely manner. This was not my first time here and the food is always VERY good. I did enjoy my meal. I was honestly a little displeased with the customer service. When I called and placed my order they told me it would be an hour which I had waited before coming to pick up my food. The young man at the front who was helping customers was very kind and he did let me know there would be an additional wait time, which I was fine with. After waiting an additional 20 minutes I did stand up to ask how much longer the wait would be for my food because I was never given an estimated wait time beyond an hour and I had already been waiting for an hour and 20 minutes. I was met with an unkind response from a female employee. I was in no way being rude when I asked how much longer it would be for the food, so I didn’t think I deserved to be met with hostility. I was overall very happy with my food but disappointed in...

If I could give this place a negative score, I would. Young kid, at the front register, of a small town food shop, unpolitely rejected a family of 6. Two adults and 4 small children. Keep in mind. Its a half hour to 40 minutes before they apprently close, and its fireworks night, in a small town, one of only two fire work displays in the county. This kid flat out sent us packing as soon as we entered the establishment. Told us he wasnt taking our order and he already took his last order. There was only two other people in the WHOLE ENTIRE restraunt. The sign said open, and nothing said closed. And the place was EMPTY. The attendents were lazy and wanted nothing to do with making buisness before the closing time

If management was serious about keeping a buisness running, maybe they should find a new group of employees. Think about it, if a group of employees is willing to take these kind of short cuts just to get out a few minutes early, imagine what kind of short cuts they are taking during a rush! I would not reccomend this establishment to ANYONE. Pick...

Just ate for the first time. My subs were beautiful and loaded with meat. Magnificent rolls and definitely worth the price. Really, the rolls are better than I'd ever expect to find around here. I'll definitely be back to try more. Edit: I've been back and tried a handful of other menu items. The sausage pepper and onion sub pictured is amazing! Lots of meat and the sauce was perfect! Great tasting sausage and lots of it! The Italian Sub is a guaranteed hit, and the chili dog I tried was pretty awesome, extra smokey franks and the fries were good. Only thing I wasn't big on was the Diablo burger, because it wasn't really spicy at all, just had pepper relish and optional jalapenos. But the burger itself was decent, just seems better off getting a burger sub. Antipasta salad was very big and basically the same amount of meat as an Italian sub. Basically so far, I recommend everything I've tried, just greatly prefer the burger sub over burger.

UPDATE 7/19/24: ROAST PORK is still the best thing to eat in a 10-mile radius. Only problem is it's only available on Fridays and only in the Spring/Summer. OUTSTANDING I'm a cheesesteak snob, and more importantly an Italian Roast Pork proponent. This place NAILS them both. The steak is so overstuffed, you can't possibly be disappointed. And it's fresh quality beef! Pro Move: get them to sub in the sharp provolone. But the STAR of the show was that Roast Pork. Primos is my all time favorite for Italian cold cut hoagies..but their Roast Pork had some terrible pork on it. I was expecting similar here. Wrong. The pork itself is freshly roasted in its own juices. You can tell. Big hunks and strands. The sharp provolone is legit (it's in crumbles, not slices). And that broccoli rabe is dead-on. Garlicky, juicy, just the right amount of bitter. Every single time I'm in town, I'm stopping by for one of each.

Why drive to Philly when you can drive to Red Lion… this is by far the closest if not better than any cheesesteak I have ever had. Pats, Genos, hell maybe even Jim’s on south. I was skeptical to try a new place but I will be going back. I got there a little early and just talked to the family as they cooked the orders. Very friendly, very respectful… highly recommended…. New sub spot for sure!!!! And have to mention the fries are crispy, good, and way larger portion
