I ordered a Crispy Chicken salad which in every other restaurant in York County that means fried chicken. I ordered this and i received my salad and they put grilled chicken on it. I called and asked to have my salad remade and a man gt on the phone and told me i ordered my salad wrong and it was my fault. He said crispy means well done. I never heard of this . I did not ask for my chicken to be cooked to death cripsy i asked for friend chicken to be on my salad. He told me he would credit my account and 2 weeks later i call for the replacement and the woman says that salad has been replaced already which is was not and then the same man comes on the phone from before and tells me again that i ordered wrong . He then tells me that he has no delivery driver and he also said he never told me he would replace it and said why would i replace it as you ate the salad which i did not as i hate grilled slimy chicken from there ( another bad experience) so again i cannot get my salad. It will be the very last time we order food from this place and its their loss as we order several times a week there and spend lots of money but no...
Read moreMy boyfriend and I usually order pizza and cannoli but tonight I went in for something in the grab and go fridge instead. There was nothing, but cheesecake and soup. No worries! I just looked at the menu and tried to find something that shouldn’t take too long to be prepared. I choose a Caesar salad with chicken, garlic bread, and cannoli. $23 and 25 minutes later I finally walk out with what I hope is a great dinner. Imagine my surprise when I get home to a salad with maybe 1 cup of lettuce, 1/4 cup of cubed chicken, a sprinkling of Parmesan cheese and stale burnt croutons that cost me $10.75. I regularly order a chicken Caesar salad from a similar style pizza shop at work that costs $8.50 and is 3x the size! I feel ripped off. I truly like supporting local business especially one I know has worked hard to stay open during the last year, but it’s hard to want to when I feel like I’m...
Read moreBeen looking for the best pizza in York County, so gave this place a try over the weekend, after having read some on-line reviews of it. Overall, it's a decent pizza. The crust was good, the sauce was okay, but nothing memorable. And it came with sausage & cheese on it, which were fine. It is definitely a place to keep in mind, but it's probably not the best pizza in York County. The service was good, and I would definitely recommend this place as a good pizza joint. That being said, while we were there, I did see them bring out some steak sandwiches for another customer that looked very good. They bake their own bread there, which I've experienced at other pizza places, and now I want to go back to try their sandwiches. They...
