Major communication and customer service issues. This place was consigning items for my girlfriend. We have recently moved and she had decided she no longer wanted her items in this store. She spoke with multiple people who kept giving her run around and saying different pickup dates and kept saying every time we went in, “her things aren’t ready” “come back next week” this went on for multiple weeks with Keirsten and other associates she spoke to in person and on the phone. Huge waste of time and inconvenience. Still had to pay an early pickup fee and run back out a 4th or 5th time to this location to pickup a check. Never getting our service again. I consigned at MLR before... NO MORE!! My grandsons bought something on friday 6/13. We got it home, he opened it, it was a transformer bobble head. The head was just sitting on top, broke off and it was crusty dirty on the back of the head. It cost him $18. Some of my very clean clothes were always returned to me with reasons of 'out of style' or dirty (which I went over my things very well). Style is different all the time, i like things from all eras. I really think they have their regular consignors and allow their 'junk' to be displayed for others to purchase. I'm not falling for it any more. I felt so bad for my grandsons....

Lots of items but definitely overpriced. 13 bucks for a used pair of flip flops is excessive to me. Lots of clothing items are priced so high that it's cheaper to go somewhere else and buy new. Candles and random brick a brack are priced as if they're new items. Furniture is WAY overpriced as are...
