Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Georgia

While a male employee and I calmly discussed ways to correct an order by doing a refund and paying again as a solution, I noticed a young lady lingering and listening as though she was there to offer help. When the young man asked her a question about how to make everything right, she began fast talking but only saying what he should not do and what she could not do. As I stood calmly and offering suggestions, she told him to call the police. I couldn't believe my ears until she said it again. Bewildered, he ignored her as the moment was completely calm and I was in the store for approximately 2 minutes, simply talking. When asked how she could go from a calm discussion about fixing a simple food order to calling the police, she simply stated that they were busy.

What she did was not just irresponsible it was down right dangerous and destructive. She never thought about the consequences of her actions, she just said she was too busy. With her actions she was prepared to endanger the lives of many innocent people, including mine, her fellow employees, a customer, and the police themselves, had they responded to a perceived threat. Furthermore, she was willing to exposed her own company to unnecessary liability. There are video camera's everywhere and if after this review is in I wonder if the company will continue with this risk. If they do then they deserve whatever problems she presents to them in the future.

I generally try to inspire and encourage young people to good however, I am not sure what to say to someone like this one. What she did was flat out dangerous. A complaint has also been file at the corporate office.

This review is long overdue and it's based on my personal experience from the purchase of a deep dish one-topped pizza on 11/25/2016 and from experiences of relatives from the past and recent visitations to this location. This location tends not to cook the pizzas thoroughly. On the date given, I did call the store to converse with the manager and that person was the one that waited on me at the drive through window, Alexis. I told her that the dough wasn't completely cooked that I had to further cook it in the oven on low. Alexis became defensive and told me to return the pizza. I repeatedly told her that I didn't want a replacement but to earn her to recheck the cooking temperatures. Nothing changed. Before this incident and afterwards, incompletely cooked dough happened, incompletely topped orders like the bread knots in quantity and toppings and bad attitudes. The male over Alexis was somewhat helpful but overall little Caesar's customer service is NON-EXISTENT. I went online about the November 25 incident and struggled to submit my complaint and I have more than once after submitting the original complaint. I haven't returned to this location. I rather make my own pizzas and I do and there's no complaints. Another thing is the food is ALWAYS greasy. Wait time in line is average. The bad attitudes and undercooked food are why I haven't returned and probably won't unless I give in...

We went to the Snellville location and they had a sign on the door claiming they were sold out..Where in reality they probably didn't want to be bothered. So I came to this location.

We all ended up waiting about an hour but we didn't mind and let me tell you why. This young SOON TO BE FUTURE BOSS was doing her very best she was a short petite lady with locs I believe her name was ALISHA D . She was taking orders from the front to the window. Making pizzas , crazy puffs making sure orders were coming out and explaining to the customers her situation. While all WASHING HER HANDS EACH AND EVERY TIME! She had online orders that was backed up because someone walked out and didn't make the orders. She got thst caught up and the door dash orders! ( mind you we was there for an hour) seen it all!

Her 2 male coworkers was SLACKING and one with the ponytail had caught an attitude while he was doing what? Absolutely nothing! Alisha was polite even under pressure and I mean the store was packed and line out the door and she ran that store and held it down on her own. You should be happy to have someone like that on your team because ppl don't want to work anymore!!! You need to give this young lady a raise and her own store because ima be honest I WANT HER ON MY TEAM!
