Bi-Mart Membership Discount Stores — Local services in Redmond

The people working here are on something... We came here to grab cash back, so we bought something, and the cashier, out of nowhere, told us her life story while checking us out. She wouldn't break the $20 we asked for on the card reader, just continued talking until she closed the register and said "I dont have any 10's" and wouldn't listen to us about taking other bills, she just walked way from the register. We just couldnt break a 20 where we were going... thats why we came here in the first place. So we went to customer service where they told us they couldn't break any cash. Our previous cashier walks over and defends herself by saying "I didn't have any 10's" but the Customer service rep just said "well thats too bad" and we tried reiterating that we would have taken ANY smaller bill and they say, "well, sorry" and didnt try to help us any further. As I was leaving, I saw a manager start walking towards customer service, but she ignored me trying to talk to her so I left the store and gave them a call. They told me that their manager, "amethyst" had JUST gone to lunch and they didn't know when shed be back. So instead of talking to their customers, they're getting a bad review. Good job guys! 👏

I gave one star to the Bi-Mart in Redmond, OR as I received surprising poor customer service from both the pharmacist and pharmacy technician (Casey) on Monday, July 8th with whom refused to keep their till open past 7pm. My husband arrived at the pharmacy at 7:01pm to pick up my prescription. I had called ahead of times and spoke on the phone to both the pharmacist and the technician explaining my situation. I had lost my last pill down the sink drain and required my refill immediately in order to avoid withdrawal symptoms.

That one minute made all the difference. If the Bi-Mart Pharmacy employee had cared, then I would be posting a 5 star review and not a one star.

As much as I enjoy frequenting Bi-Mart I may now consider transferring to a different pharmacy that cares about their customers. I am extremely...

Bi-Mart is one of my favorite places to shop. The only problem I have is that it's not bigger! Everyone is always friendly, and it's rare that they are out of stock on what I'm looking for. For a smaller store, they have a good selection of tools, garden supplies, and I often find clothing I like at a great price.
