Rent-A-Center — Local services in Redmond

Just had a situation with a driver in Redmond. He was turning Left (south) on 97 from the east (turn into left lane) on a green light. I was turning Right (south) on 97 from the west (turning into the right lane) on a red light after I was at a complete stop. He was wagging his finger at me as in telling me no. I was in the right per Oregon law. Not sure what the driver was trying to convey, but if he does not know the law in Oregon you might need a new driver. This is basic stuff. Oregon law states: The driver of a vehicle, subject to this section, who is intending to turn at an intersection where there is a traffic control device showing a steady circular red signal, a steady red bicycle signal or a steady red arrow signal may do any of the following without violating ORS 811.260 (Appropriate driver responses to traffic control devices) and 811.265 (Driver failure to obey traffic control device): (a)Make a right turn into a two-way street. Our fridge started having issues and we had to get it replaced because no one had parts on hand to fix it. We tried 5 different appliance places and no one wanted to help, they were 1-2 weeks out on delivery and the attitude was kind of, "Oh well, bummer dude."

Fastforward, we call rent-a-center. They were so incredibly nice over the phone, and had some units not only in stock but were able to do same day delivery. The sales people were so incredibly kind, understanding, and hands down amazing. The delivery guys were so helpful, knowledgeable and went the extra mile.

We got our fridge in, saved our groceries, had the best experience I've ever had with any appliance place and will 100% go there again in the future for any appliances. That kind of customer service is nearly dead these days, and I hope they all feel awesome, because they are...

I will never go through rent a center again. They harass me for payment on the due date 2 hours before the store even opens. I’ve told them not to call before noon due to working late and they call 3-4 times by noon. They forced me to pay for a benefits plus package, told me I can’t take it off, yet they won’t let me use any of the benefits. They scam and harass people that’s what they do. I can’t even go in to make a payment without them trying to shove more merchandise down my throat. They only have 1 employee that hasn’t been completely rude to me and that’s not enough when you work in...
