Had a very rude, unprofessional experience with teenage boy employee working the drive-through. I had just recently downloaded the app in which you can order a blizzard for $.85 with a purchase of a dollar. At the time I had ordered, I mentioned it to the gal who took my order. She gave me the total and told me They would adjust the price when it got up to the window. They repeated my order started handing me my small cone, and I had mentioned to a different employee at the window that I had a coupon on the app ā¦.he visibly became frustratedā¦.Let out at big sigh and Pretty much was expressing that it was too late ā¦That he already rang me up and lifted his hands up. Hey thereās nothing I can do and he said I should have mentioned that I had that discount before he rang it up. First of all, this is the first time Iāve ever used it. I donāt know how it goes, but I assumed since I told the other girl, I had it that that would be in the system and there would be some sort of communication between the two different people that I was going to use this app I persisted that I was going to use coupon on app and that he needed to change the price I said that the other gal who took order should have told him I was using it or it should have been in the system He argued and debated again about this visibly frustrated, and angry that he had to void it and re-ring it up I told him that he needed to do better and then he said ā¦I need to do better!! and slammed the window on me!! I sat there in shock ā¦..wow ⦠This is unacceptable so I waited at window so I could talk to a manager and they were purposely trying to avoid coming to the window. Finally, a supervisor did because the manager was not on duty. I explained to her the situation and she basically continued to defend his actions. She also said it was really busy and making every excuse not offering any apology or responsibility for the kids actions There is no excuse for bad behavior ,and bad attitude and treatment like this to customers. Obviously this kid has an anger problem and canāt handle being under stress without taking it out on his customers An apology should have been given immediately first of all and a commitment to do better in the future so this doesnāt happen to other customers. Will never return now because of...

My ice cream landed in my lap when they turned it over.. then handed me a spoon didn't bother getting me a new one or fixing the problem.. good food though when it's not in your lap... RATED 2 stars ( ššāāā)
Update 2 months later:
Some people just aren't on their best day sometimes. So I always rate a second time. Today (2/18/2018) I went through the drive thru. And didn't have such a "timely" experience. Waited 28 minutes in the drive thru. The order taker was not listening and started trying to flirt with my fiance instead of doing her job. Order taker was Kendra. We had to fix our order 5 times, no joke. And then got told she gave us extra food, and didn't get our almost $6 burger (#2) not an experience someone wants to have when they are hungry and irritated by the way we were treated. We did call in about the missing burger. RATED 1 stars (šāāāā)
With the rating being less than the first I can say, i will not...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have been to this location several times, hoping each time that I would receive customer service, having worked in the customer service industry for years it is something I watch for. I have had the issue where I will ask for something and not receive it, i.e. I ask for fry sauce and don't get any. Which is a real shame because I like the sauce, I have only had someone say hello twice, ever other time it's "okay that will be...". I realize you are working with some incredibly motivated individuals, but just take a second for customer service, and what I'm pointing out isn't even customer service it's your job, if your working at the drive thru window your job is to collect money and give the customer their items. If a customer asks for something, within reason, you provide, though of course it's always to take 3 seconds to ask, "do you want fry sauce?", thanks for the food, have...
