After initiating contact with the Redmond Antique mall back in the summertime with a live drop in to both locations I base my 5 stars purely on how I felt overall after meeting several employees and a couple managers who graciously instructed me to return during January. One of my sales and marketing mentors reminded me recently to check my Central Oregon file and sure enough they(R.A.M) picked up the phone and scheduled me for this afternoon. The items I search for were not unique in this store and were priced hundreds of dollars more than a similar piece that has a rarity premium. Items were also misleadingly labeled or incorrectly labeled. I found pieces that were more interesting than were labeled, but we're still not worth their markup (they didn't seem to know what they and still dramatically overpriced it).
