A question no one asked... Why doesn't Redmond have more Mexican restaurants? (or pizza) However, this is low-key the best Mexican food in Redmond, especially after Lucy's took their eye off the ball by expanding/moving to Bend and Westside keeps burning down their facilities. Some people won't think to try the seafood dishes at a food truck - those people are cowards and are missing out on some amazing ceviche and similar dishes that are not well represented here in central Oregon. Everything I've tried here has been served beautifully and quickly, and this is a place you can see the whole family working hard to share their culinary gifts. Charging $6.50 for a frozen store bought "fish" taco is criminal. Not to mention the coleslaw on top was also store bought. And if that ain't bad enough, the business will charge you a 4% fee for using any card that isn't listed anywhere informing you of this. Point of Sale integrated card processing systems will always charge a fee per transaction to the business and they choose to pass that charge onto the customer for EACH item. I have been here four times now. I can’t say enough good things about this place. I grew up in Los Angeles (unfortunately) and the only hard part about leaving was leaving all the good taco spots.
