If I could give them a negative number I would . I bought an iPhone 11 from this store about a year ago. Iāve had nothing but trouble since. After not receiving any assistance from this location then I called Verizon Hdqs. Several times . I was given appts w Apple stores in Delaware and in DC. Took phone there several times. They told me there was something wrong but⦠Lately in the past three weeks I have not been able to get internet connections w this phone. I went onto this location today @. 1 pm. There were two people working A young man and a young lady w long red hair. I waited until one of them came over. The gentleman said heād be right w me. Asked me problem. Told him last few weeks Internet not working once I left my home. I waited. The red headed short girl came over to me. I began explaining what was going on. She shut me up. Told me there was nothing wrong w my iphone. And went off. I said excuse me. Itās my iPhone and I know whatās happening that it isnāt working right. She got obnoxious. I told here I wanted her name and her supervisor. She yelled at me. Her name Brook. I asked supervisor. Brook said supervisor not available. Told her Iāll wait for supervisor Then she ordered me out of the store snd threatened to call the police. I said Iād wait for the supervisor Jen. She advanced upon me. She was short but threatened me. I told her I was filing a formal complaint against her and this store. She yelled as she advanced upon me get out!. Shouted it. Said Iām taking your license plate. Told her go ahead. I left. Am calling Verizon hdqs and filing a complaint I do NOT recommend anyone going to this store . Brook should be fired! Also going on Yelp to file a complain This is a follow up to the above review. I have filed a formal compkaint w Verizom Corprate. I received the below tex Saturday am from TCC Verizon owners. I tried calling thdn twice. No response They called me back last Monday morning. I was told a regional Mgr would be calling I received a voice msg from Jen the Mgr of the RB Store. She asked me to call her. I did this afternoon. The employee Brook Johnson answered. When Inadjed to speak to Jen the Mgr she went off on me. She screamed why are you calling. Donāt call her. I said Zi was asked to speak to Jen before Intake further legal action Brook went off agsin I said I sm hanging up. If you csll me back itās harrassment z d Zi will report you I bing up She called me back twice Left a long insulting threatening message. Said Jen would be back tomorrow. Thst they had video abs she would get me I called The TCC Verizon owner. Of course no one answered. Left message Shortly after I git a phone call from supposedly a De Trooper named Demalto. He threatened. Thdt the owners of the store said I Cldnt call the store or go there or I would be arrested for trespassing. I asked him Whinwere the owners. He Cldnt answer He then said the employees. I asked which employees He Cldnt answer. I then said Ot was only Brook Johnson. He said yes. Obviously Brook Johnson is the owner abs head if TCC Verizon! This is above and beyond civil and sane. Brook is obviously afraid of me speaking w management. A d if management Hiws alongā. I would recommend people avoiding this store. I had been a customer there for over 20...

-- we went to this store bc my wife and I were due for a free upgrade went here bc of the great reviews we saw on Google. (Which are rigged bc they ask the buyer on the spot to do it, knowing most will give 5 stars if pressured)
They were also taking advantage of an elderly couple while also taking advantage of us. My wife and I felt bad for the elderly couple because the workers talk so fast. The elderly couple were confused why they had to pay extra money when their upgrade was free (and we felt the same way)
Long story short, they will lie to you and say that your 1st bill will be a lot, but after that your bill will be significantly lower - which is not true. Our bill is more now then it was when we went to this store... AND OHHHHHH....
before we left, we were told we had to pay an additional 400.00!!!! Thank God we had the money but this wasn't mentioned the entire 6 hours we were there!
Yes 6 hours waiting for them to upgrade our phone, call corporate to cancel the smart watches they ordered for us - that we did not request. Add new watches and that added additional charges bc that gave us 4 additional lines we didn't want ($35 per line) and so many other shady things happened as well.
Again, we went here because of the great reviews. We drove all the way from bridgeville delaware, past multiple stores just to come here "for the great service"
The entire 6 hours we were there, we heard the employees bragging about commission and talking about making money. That's their only goal!
If you can renew or upgrade online, do it that way! Avoid this store at all cost!
It's been a few months since we had this experience, waiting for our bill to go back to normal after being charged for extra watches and lines we didn't request. The lines were removed but in the process they also removed our teacher discount and other promos we had on our account.
Our bill is still higher than ever and all they could say is "if you sign up for auto pay, this will reduce your bill".
Also we had a cheaper data plan before and now our data plan is more (but the wifi is super glitchy). With our other plan, we had no issues.
My wife and I wasn't even going to do this review, but we gave them a few months to resolve it and NOTHING!
I'm telling you, buyer beware! After our contract is up, we are done with Verizon and this experience is a major reason why!

Here is the rub⦠Called back the next day July 29 and spoke to someone about the bill. We were overcharged for one Simple Liquid at 59.99. Viktoria had left for the day. We spoke to someone and she said the following:
āThere is nothing we can do because we canāt return anything without the packaging.We donāt have the packaging because we donāt have the 4th screen saver. My explanation fell on deaf ears.
āWe can do nothing because it is your word against ours.ā Why would I have to prove this if I just spent $3,000.00.
I thought she misunderstood. She interrupted me and said. āStop repeating yourself.ā
She was unkind. I asked her to contact Viktoria or her manager and she said she wasnāt going to do that on her time.
I asked if we should bring back the two phones to get everything credited and she hung up on me.
I am waiting for the manager or Viktoria to call us back. We know the manager will be in the Ocean City location tomorrow and will try to explain to her what happened.
FYI invoices for the two phones were run separately because after my husband purchased his I decided to get one. Here is the number of the overcharged invoice 14737IN19199. We are locals in this community and have not experienced this kind of service for a long time. Please...
