Reters is number 1. It has been for more than 20 years for my family. I almost dont have dinner no place else. I took my husband back to Reters for Father's Day dinner on Sunday 6/20/2021 and the Service from the waiter was outstanding. We ordered 1 pd.of steam shirmp and 12oz. Steak dinner with red potatoes and broccoli. The steak was so tender you did not have to chew it. It was seasoned to perfection. It was so hot and juicy, it melted in your mouth. The place is a complete mess now. The inly lady that has some sense up there is my girl with the big purple braid. They dont turn documents in on time and you get on the calling liat they call when they want to. Emailing is pointless they talk to you like a robot is responding. No kind of homeless resources either unless you would like and outdated book with 1000 numbers that are no longer in service. I rather travel out essex then to deal with chartley...

Shopping center is easy to come in and out although new stores have been added. Alfie's is expected to come soon, so the parking lot has challenges as new patterns changed of previous directions. However I get what I need and move along. Big Lots has improved drastically and you can notice better items and greater management along with placement of items in store building up for a nicer shopping experience.
