Wawa — Restaurant in Maryland

This Wawa location has the worse customer service ever. I am loyal customer been coming here for years but I see that's about to change because enough is enough because I am not going keep coming here spending my money of keep getting treated poorly and rudley by certain people that work there. It's like mostly every time I go there I always get treated rudley when I am ordering for my service. I mean I am spending my money I should be able to get what I ask for, like for example when I order my smoothies I always ask for extra ice because I like my smoothies thick not all running like water. But they will get mad or treat me with a rudley behavior towards me if I ask can they make my smoothie like I wanted like I said before I am customer been coming here for years and that's how they treat customers. It's not really about the smoothie I was just using one of the reasons of they rudley behavior towards me. My main concern is since day 1 they shown me nasty attitude and poor customer service so I give them the same energy they give me but like I said before I will take myself to a different Wawa store that there customer service is way more better than this Wawa.This Wawa needs to improve better management and The other employees that work there as well. I previously rated this location five stars. My subs were always made correctly and supplies were always available. They have gone down hill so much since then. I don't know if the management has changed or what is going on, but it's a very noticeable change. I purchased subs and smoothies for my entire family. Literally bit into bread and lettuces and no it was not a veggie sub. I thought it was just my sandwich only to learn later we all had a similar experiences. You don't get as much in your drinking cup either because they have to put less in it in order to fit the cream or toppings due to the fact that they don't purchase the proper lids anymore to allow the extra space above the rim. Only two out of eight coffee options available on a regular basis and missing toppings on subs. No more milkshakes available on the menu only smoothies and coffee. I'm not sure if it's temporary or a permanent change. I hope it was worth the penny pinching Wawa's. You lost long term customers. I'm certain we're not the only ones. I am SICK as a dog right now. I hadn't eaten in two days. I asked my partner to go get me soup. Wawa had the nerve to give not one but TWO different sized chicken noodle soups with no noodles, veggies or chicken. Only broth. Lastnight I couldn't eat it soon as I tried my body rejected it. Lastnight I let it slide mainly because I was too dizzy and in in too much pain. Today hell no!!! It's apprent that they charge you for chicken noodles soup and then give you broth instead. I will NEVER patronize any WAWA location ever again. The cashier tried to remedy the situation but he didn't make nor serve the soup and I'm POSTIVE it's a company wide policy to serve phucking broth, when the customer CLEARLY is paying for CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP!!!!!!!
