Dined in despite the reviews. The customer service was great. The hostess was pleasant and greeted us upon entering and leaving. He welcomed us for coming and thanked us for dining with them. He was very friendly and polite. His customer service was a 10/10. Proceeded to the bathroom which could have went for some attending to. Coming from the bathroom water dripped on me from the hallway ceiling near the hibachi grill. Got a plate of food, the food was room temperature at best. I tried some clam chowder which could have had a little more flavor but it too was lukewarm. I was confused to how the food wasn't hotter when you could see steam coming from the buffet tables. The only hot food I had was the coconut shrimp that had just been replenished. The taste of the food was decent. I would have liked to had some food from the hibachi grill however the chef disappeared for about 10-15 minutes. The hot mussels and the coconut shrimp were good. Some of the hot mussels were old, they were very dark in color, hard, and dry. The broccoli with sparse chicken and the teriyaki chicken were good. Didn't care for the cold mussels not sure what kind of sauce they were in. According to my family member the Mac-n- cheese was not good. They decided they were done after one plate. The ambience of the restaurant was ok. Staff was very efficient with clearing used plates from the table. Up in the air on if I'll return. However the prices...
Read moreTried the new spot in town. The staff were great! We never once waited for a dirty dish to be picked up. We were often asked if we needed anything and the only time we had a request, he took care of it immediately.
There was so. much. food. HOLY! Row after row of buffet food. Sushi. A grill. Dessert table. Soups. Ice cream. All you can drink boba. Seafood. Steak. Chicken. Chicken nuggets and French fries. Mac n cheese. All the staples for your kid. Louisiana seafood boil, fish, clams, shrimp, chicken. Every side you could possibly think of. Salad. Foundation soda machine. Dipping sauces. Truly an insane amount of food available. There’s no way anyone is leaving hungry! Everything we ate was good.
I took several videos to try to show the vast amount of offerings.
The place is packed with as many tables as possible. When busy, you will have to navigate your way in and out of the dining area to get to the food. The tables are pretty close together so you’d have to find a path that does not have a chair occupied or likely have to say “excuse me” to fit between two occupied chairs. Everyone has to do it so there were no issues when I saw this happening.
This is a place I’d visit again but not for a while. This will be an every once in a good while spot to hit.
Prices are pretty reasonable as well. $19.99 for adults for dinner M-F. Lunch is $15.99 and $20.99 for the weekend dinner. Prices drop as the age...
Read moreI walked in my first impression was it smell very good. Once seated at the table, I was very eager and excited to see the snow crab legs little did. I know they’re only on certain days. I wish somebody would’ve told me that. Drinks are included. All of the teas tasted like floral sent like flowers. It was disgusting. The soda machine was just right so I stop with a diet Pepsi. That was the best thing that I had this evening no lie the food was not even hot. It was barely warm. The sushi was OK. Not the best I’ve had the crab Rangoon was the best thing on the entire buffet, the bathrooms are disgusting. I drove 35 minutes to see something that they rented and raved over on TikTok to be disappointed. The steak did not even taste like beef. They had some jalapeño chicken that tasted like deer meat or some kind of foul game I’m not sure. The raw sushi smelt very fishy. The carrot cake was good though the staff I’m not sure because nobody interacted with me even after I gave them a $20 tip, which I gave at the door. How do I know that there would be no service I would not have given anything I will not be going back here very...
