First of all I wanted to say I have been a loyal customer of coming to this place of getting my food and delivered to my house so many times. I must say I experience the worst time of ordered my food tonight. Like when I place my order over the phone I ordered myself a half cheese burger sub, 6 wings and ordered of fries and a 2 liter coke soda. So like 20 minutes later I have gotten a phone call. That they were saying they couldn't find my address. So I were frustrated because for the simple fact that I always ordered from this place and they delivered my food plenty of times. So I don't know why it was a hard time finding my address to delivered my food. Also, one of the managers got frustrated with me and got Smart with me over the phone and hang up in my ear. Yes I was frustrated because they should know the customers address when placing an order. Especially if you ordered from them many times. One of the managers I am speaking of was a guy that he was so rude and nasty of hanging up the phone. And they mess up my order that they have to come back the second time to bring me back the rest of my food. Even though they put extra chicken and fries when they came back the second time. That's not the point. The main point is one of the guys that works there were rude and nasty of hanging up the phone on me. And it was a female that answer the phone when I call back and she did apologized of what happen. The only reason why they found my address of delivering my food is because that one of the workers gave me her personal contact number so I can text her my address. One of the guys he needs to know how to handle tough situations of dealing with customers when customers placing their order over the phone. Especially regarding delivering the customers food .I don't, shouldn't, or wouldn't have to deal with this kind of experience every again in the future. Bying they being a professional business they should have everything well put together of dealing with customers when customers picking up their ordered or when it's delivered to the customers. No customer shouldn't have to experience what I have to experience tonight of placing my order over the phone. Very rude, nasty, unprofessional, and poor customer service. Read moreI just paid almost $20 for a lettuce sub. Maybe they thought that they could try to hide the fact that there was no grilled onions mushrooms, or green peppers? Like thanks for the extra meat but? I saw maybe one or two of each. Absolutely no mushrooms or onions .. And then when I open it to check it in the store, because we’ve had problems like this before, because god forbid I get all the way home and don’t lien what I see , after being loyal customers for over a year. they tell me that they are on there, and that they did put extra like I had asked …. Can’t even taste the “hots” if they’re even on there . Clearly they think their business is a joke because I have to being punked right now.. i told them my family wont be returning and they didn’t care / have anything to say . I never buy food for myself and this is why. How hard is it to get what you ask and pay for ? Does anyone see extra mushroom or onion ? Lmaooo ….. We will not be buying from or recommending RAVENs PIZZA EVER again ....
Read morei ordered delivery. when the lady asked me my address, i had to tell her 12 times and she still got it wrong. i ordered the stuffed calzone which was AMAZING and so big it's enough for 4 people, definitely worth the $15. the 12 inch cheesesteak was decent, it had a good amount of meat and was very filling, very light on the tomatoes, but not worth the $11.99. my 8 year old daughter rated the chicken tenders "okay but a little dry. i'll still eat them for lunch tomorrow." my 3 year old son said the chicken tenders were "good! can we get more?" now for the bad: the rice pudding was absolutely disgusting. it tasted like over cooked rice in watery milk. it was hands down the worst rice pudding i've ever had. i ordered a tiramisu which they didnt charge me for and i didnt get even though the lady read it back to me. instead, they gave me rasmalaii and didnt charge me for it. overall, it was a decent experience. id go back again but not order...
