Been a long time since I've been a little Caesars pizza. Probably close to a year. I figured I would grab a pizza on the way home. Well I show up and maybe 6-7 people are waiting around. None of the workers are really paying attention, it seemed like that to me. So finally I say something to them. I ordered a pizza and those new round pizza things. First thing is after my order, the price is 12.75 , now I'm told that the cash register is not working and I have to have the exact change to get the pizza. I've run into this type of problem myself, being in the restaurant industry. It also depends if your register is working or not. If you're honest you can get real numbers in your head, write the order down, give them the change, and serve the food. Everything seems to work out, without really major hiccups. They didn't have any change, they told their customers to have the exact amount of money and if they didn't, well no food for you. I handed them extra money and told them to keep the change. As other people that walked in for a pizza, just walked out with nothing at all. They (management) just could have dug up some change from maybe from your coworkers right down to what you borrowed from them, ran the business as best as you can, trying to satisfy your customers at the same time trying to get the register fixed. The other thing was you only need the employee that knows the register up there looking at it. Not everyone. So to finish my pizza experience, it took at least 15 plus minutes to get my order. But my pizza had been sitting there for a while. I know the difference between a freshly baked pizza compared to one that's been sitting for a while. Every and I mean every single time I got there the place is ran with absolutely nothing but Hispanics that don't understand literally basi English. I had one person tell me and and entire line out the door that we needed to chill because he's the manager while he left us in line for ten minutes waiting maybe literally longer I'm positive of that. This time I got a single crazy bread costing 4.38 at the north Towne location in Reno NV and I gave to him a simple 5$ bill He proceeded to hand me back .50. When I state no it was 4.38 and I should get back .68 not .50 that I'm going to need my money my .18 cents IDC what it is it's the fact he should know how to make exactband correct change each and every single time. This guy just said " Americans think they know everything" handed me this beaten up looking bad of supposed crazy bread idk yet but wow I'm born in this country so is my family and their family back every damn generation I'm as pure blood American as you can get and not to reach over that counter and break his neck let's just say if I didn't have my girl I wouldn't have cared about anything less. That's absolutely a hell no and then to treat people like that. Read moreI ordered online and was notified that my order was ready so like anyone would I went in to pick it up and was told that my order wasn't ready at all it was six orders behind the current one.. like false advertisement much.. But I was still patient but after an additional 40 minutes wait I asked for more information on my order and was met with unprofessional responses and zero help.
After asking that time I watched the employees look at me directly and make eye contact and laugh directly at me.
Really get it together, you can't act however you want at a business. I'm paying your bills at least act like the people you serve are important and act decent. As a manager myself I would suggest that you fire the entire team and management at north town lane and hire employees who value professionalism and their customers regardless of how busy that branch is. You have to act with a strict and inforced value system and not how children would act. And that's the kind of services I received at north town lane little Caesars.
I would give negative stars if I could and I know for a fact that if you take away anyone's money or opportunity to make that money by firing them they will be forced to look at them selves and either change how they respond to customers or keep up the same attitude with every job they take on and keep being unemployed.
Please be better, please do better. We as customers deserve exceptional...
