I've been coming here for as long as I can remember and unfortunately they have lost their touch. I am a person that goes by the rule of three and tonight I was hoping they would redeme themselves but unfortunately they just kept screwing up at every turn tonight so I think its due time i leave a review. This is the third time im a row that the service here falls flat on its face, not that loosing a long time customer will hurt them but at least if there is anyone here that cares then they can know why I will never be back. Tonight we were welcomed to sit at a table caked in grime and when i pointed this out to the waitress she simply brought me napkins to clean it myself. Although this was frustrating I tried my best to clean the table so i could have dinner on a clean table. The grime was so old that it tore the napkin up so i asked another waitress if we could get a wet rag to clean it up and then she begrudgingly came back and asked where it was dirty and proceeded to only clean one corner, I'm sorry if my asking for a clean table was too much for your servers to handle but i wouldve been much happier if you wouldve just made me wait an extra minute or two to clean before seating me. Second issue tonight was that after ordering it took 40 minutes for anyone to update us and then just to advise that they wouldnt be able to give us our whole order due to running out of one of the ingredients (this is not an issue but it shouldnt have taken 40 minutes to let us know) they asked us if they could substitute for something else which we ended up agreeing to but after already 40 minites we knew we would now have to wait at least another 15 minutes for anything to come out (spoiler alert, we waited longer). Third issue was while we are waiting for our food we are asked if we are done by another waitress so she could bring us the check...credit to her she noticed our dumb founded looks and said "are you still waiting" and quickly ran to the back to see what was going on, 10 minutes after this incounter our food finally came out. In total we waiting about an hour or more to be served we are brought to our fourth issue. The food was not fresh, my queso fundido tasted microwaved and although the molcajete tasted okay the impression you left me with just broke the camels back. I chose not to bring anything up this time around because I dont intend in ever returning and from my past experiences its obvious this restaurant no...

I hate to leave reviews like this, but maybe it will help someone else. I frequented fiesta mexicana many years ago when thier tacos were $1 each. Tacos are a family staple in my household. Since then, ofcoarse inflation and cost of living the price went up. 4 weeks ago I found fiesta mexicanas taco Tuesday special for $1.99 each. The first time I called to place a to go order, the lady hardly spoke English. Ofcoarse the order was wrong and the business disposed of the $30 in extra items not ordered. the tacos were great. Second time calling to place a to go order, again the English communication was not there and again my order was wrong. This time it was completely wrong. The gentlemen there was very nice and offered us a softdrink while we wait. Again the tacos were great. Got home and the order was still incorrect. In fact they charged me 12.99 for a chicken and cheese tortilla. I ordered 2 of them and neither had chicken. I called the restaurant and spoke to the nice gentlemen, who stated he would comp my next meal. We called the following Tuesday again the lady answered and English communication was difficult, we ordered the exact same order as the previous week plus 5 extra tacos and just 1 chicken and cheese tortilla. When I had arrived to pick up the order, again it was wrong. This time she doubled our order. We offered to pay for part of the meal although the gentlemen said it was covered, the gentlemen made several statements that were a tad out of line for customer service. He did not cover our meal and when we believed we had it figured out and after explaining to him 3 times my order, while paying- he took our 15 tacos to the back, when asked he said he was confused. It took him several minutes to bring the container back. I called once home to ask if these were thrown away and retrieved from the garbage. He stated no and to ask for him from now on. 4 people had ordered tacos in our order and not one of us could stomach all the fat chunks and gristle. We ended up throwing 15 of the 20 tacos we ordered away. From a definite sale every Tuesday to a I will never go back. A sad decline in food quality to achieve max profit and at the customer's expense. They lost a customer. Hope this helps someone. There are alot of taco places out there with great versions of what this company has to offer. I will support local but not at this cost and...

I have been coming in here for a short while now and I have to say I am truly impressed with not only their delectable cuisine but also their exceptional staff. From the moment I stepped in, the warm hospitality was palpable. The staff exuded genuine friendliness, creating an inviting atmosphere that enhanced the dining experience.

Now, let's talk about their outstanding burrito. It was a culinary masterpiece, bursting with vibrant flavors and generous portions. The tortilla was perfectly grilled, providing a delightful firmness that complemented the savory interior. The filling, a harmonious blend of seasoned meats, exceptional beans, and rice made properly, showcased the chef's expertise.

What sets La Fiesta Mexicana apart is the attention to detail. Each ingredient in the burrito contributed to a symphony of tastes that left a lasting impression. The staff's knowledge of the menu and their eagerness to accommodate dietary preferences added an extra layer of satisfaction to the dining venture.

In conclusion, La Fiesta Mexicana delivers not only a remarkable burrito but an overall dining experience that's elevated by their exceptional staff. It's a testament to their commitment to excellence, making it a must-visit for those seeking an authentic and delightful Mexican...

I've spent my entire life eating Chile Rellenos, and I thought I knew what a good one was—until today. The Chile Relleno I had at Fiesta Mexicana was hands down the best I’ve ever tasted. Usually, when I go to a Mexican restaurant, I order something that looks good, plus a side Chile Relleno. I saved it for last this time, and wow—mind blown. I was already full, but every bite allowed me to savor the flavors even more. Whoever is cooking in the back is a true master of flavors, spices, and authentic traditional Mexican food. If you're searching for the best Mexican food without breaking the bank, this is the place. It was super reasonably priced, even on a Sunday late afternoon when they were a bit busy. Despite that, there were plenty of tables available, the service was excellent, and parking was easy. Fiesta Mexicana is now my new favorite Mexican restaurant in Reno and Sparks. I’d travel any distance to eat here again. Absolutely amazing, and I can’t wait to try more of their dishes!

Vanessa is the single most incompetent employee I've ever come across at this establishment. She chose to close the business 1 hour early without her owners approval. After requesting multiple times to order to go and her telling us that they were closing an hour early, she asked me to leave. I told her I would be filing a complaint with management. She said "please go ahead, I'm done" and she didn't care. She also pulled employees from the back to talk bad about me in front of my face and was completely irate. This company has cameras throughout their establishment which I hope they pull. Her bus girl seemed extremely uncomfortable with her as well as the chef. The picture itself shows her talking bad about customers and not serving anyone at all. This picture is taken at 8:20 p.m., they close at 9:00 p.m.

Parking was no issue. The service was great. Unfortunately, the food was not. I ordered the Fiesta molcajete. I could not finish my food it was a huge portion for two people. While packing, as I got to the bottom of the bowl, I found that the bell pepper still had the label sticker on it. The waitress herself didn't believe it. I wasn't expecting a free meal or anything, but the waitress offered us a 10% discount, and I could tell she was very embarrassed. The food was good, but the prep was not. It truly shows that you don't care about your customers, and you just want to push food out. We will not be returning. =)
