Windsor — Local services in Reno

I was having such a stressful day going store to store to look for work pants for an interview (I got bleach on mine the night before). I ran in here with small expectations of simply finding (acceptable) pants. I immediately was greeted by Kathryn and explained what I was looking for and that I was in a rush to make the interview. She found the cutest paper bag pants and her and Lupita helped me to the fitting room. Then I decided I needed a better shirt with it. Kathryn helped me find 2 options, then shoes, and a cardigan to go over to break up too much black. They knew I was in a rush and as they were ringing me up they asked if I would like them to remove the tags for me and to even use their fitting room so I didn’t have to change in my car. When I walked out of the fitting room, these girls both HYPED me up. I came into this store stressed out and frantic and I left with the BEST new outfit, confidence, and extremely happy with the service. Thank you again Lupita and Kathryn!! These ladies don’t just do their “job”, they go above...

DO NOT GO HERE I shop here all the time and I’ve dropped a ridiculous amount of money at this store, but today was by far the WORST experience I’ve ever had. The girl named Bri working here is absolutely awful rude, nasty, completely inconsiderate, and so unprofessional it’s embarrassing. Honestly, she has no business working with customers. If I were the manager, she’d be out the door immediately. On top of that, the fitting rooms are a complete joke. People are left standing around forever because no one is doing their job. Instead of actually helping customers like she’s supposed to, Bri is too busy running her mouth and being rude to everyone. Meanwhile, the fitting rooms are backed up and it turns the whole place into a chaotic mess. This store clearly doesn’t care about who they hire or how they treat paying customers. If this is the kind of trash service they think is acceptable, I’ll happily take my money...

The clothing is very pretty, but the employees are disrespectful and rude. When we walked in the store the fitting rooms were closed and we saw a girl trying On a dress over her clothes right in front of the employees. When my sister tried a top on over her clothes an employee came and yelled at us in front of everybody. We didn’t mean any harm, and they let the other white girl so why would they yell at us like that ? Absolutely...
