At first i was excited to try this place. It is not very often we get a new restaurant here. First it took about 5 min to order, not to much of a big deal. We were finally greeted, placed our order, and we were told how amazing the burgers taste, so we were excited. It then took 20 minutes for our order to be ready. when i picked up our order i was a little taken back by how it looked. I know nothing ever appears like the picture, but mcdonalds looked more appealing. I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger, i got was a single patty and 1 piece of bacon...that....was.....it!!! The patty looked sad and dried up. My wife had a cheesy cheeseburger, which the picture shows tons of melty cheese oozing out of the buns, what she got was a cheeseburger with 2 slices of sliced cheese. They were no where close to being melted. I took mine back, i was not geeted, in fact they looked more irritated than anything, grabbed my tray, told the cooks in the back something, then they put it back up in the window where it sat for over 5 minutes. Still looked like the sad pathetic excuse for a cheeseburger i got before, just with another dehidrated burger patth. When i was finally acknowledged, i told them that it was sitting there for over 5 minutes and probably cold. They made another one which did look a little more appealing, but nothing like other fast food places , plus they others charge almost half of what this place charges. 25 bucks for 2 people!!!!! After 30 minutes, i was finally able to eat and lets just say there are no words to describe the disappointment that i experienced when i bit down. This is one place that i will never return to, and hopefully this review will save your taste buds...
Read moreI’ve visited this establishment several times in the past, but my recent experience was deeply disappointing — and frankly, unacceptable.
During this visit, I was served by a tall young Asian man whose behavior was shockingly rude from the outset. As I always do, I confirmed whether the meat was halal before placing my order. I explicitly requested no bacon on the burger, and also ordered a Philly cheesesteak, chicken tenders, and a large portion of fries as a to go order.
When I went to collect my food, the server literally threw the bag at me without a word. I noticed the fries were missing and politely asked about them. Without any apology, he snatched the bag from me, returned to the kitchen, and handed it back — still without a word of explanation.
Once I got home, I was appalled to discover that the burger contained bacon — despite my clear request. The cheesesteak had a sour, off-putting smell, and the chicken tenders were an embarrassingly small portion of just four tiny pieces.
I called immediately to address the issue, and the same server dismissed my concerns by saying, “We only have one chef today.” There was no apology, no attempt at resolution. When I reiterated that I had clearly asked for no bacon and could have chosen not to order had they been understaffed, he responded dismissively and hung up on me.
This experience was not just unprofessional — it was deeply disrespectful. As someone who relies on halal food for religious reasons, this kind of negligence and disregard is unacceptable. I will never be returning, and I strongly advise others to consider the seriousness of such careless service before dining here.
Now this burger and my money is...

It was so good that we came back the day after, but the experience was not good. It was an online order that I had to cancel. However the app wouldn't let me cancel, but call in. So I called in and still made another order. On location I communicated with woman that seemed to have been the owner, since she was different from the man who took my phone request. she was unable to refund the online order. What I wish the owner had done was recognize that the prices were fairly close in-person and online, so that she didn't have to charge me for that pick up. She said wait until the payment went thru and she will reverse the charge. The transaction showed up on my account a few days later. The bank showed me a phone number to call and dispute the charge before I spoke with my credit card company. So I called thinking this was a corporate office, but it was another franchise location in another state. Lol I finally called the Reno location and was told that the managers were in at random times, so he couldn't settle my dispute. I finally called the bank and that charge was reversed that way.
This time the food was cold. Oddly the onion rings were beautifully golden and cold. Meanwhile the chicken tenders looked refried, burned and extra charred. The burgers were still good, at least it was the last thing they cooked since it was still warm. Fries were cold and limp.
Moral of the story is just order in person. Also, voice exactly what you want on your burger prior to closing transaction because their cashier will tell you it's too late to make changes to your burger after she had...
