I was the only one in line and waited 3+minutes while the girls gossiped and was playing on their phones. When my order was finally taken, one of the drinks were wrong. I brought it up to one of the employees that it wasn't what I ordered, She said she would talk to the owner to see what they can do. While she was back there, the one who took my order was saying "That's what they ordered, I heard them" and came over to tell me that "the owner said they cannot remake me my drink. Because thats what I had ordered... Its the only drink I ever order from the place I KNOW WHAT I ORDERED! Ive worked for many restraunts and never have we not remade a wrong order. The previous owner ran this store into the ground. I stopped coming to this Keva a long time ago but remained a patron of the other locations. Smoothies never tasked right, terrible service and a rude ownder. Since the recent change in ownership, this Keva juice is back in action! Great tasting smoothies just like the other stores. This place has really gone down in customer service. The girl said they didn't have wheatgrass, then she said she could check but it would take a long time to make it and she had other customers in front of me so it could take longer. Then we asked for carrot juice and she said they didnt have any carrots. Then i asked if they had napkins because my cup was overfilled and dripping and she said they didnt have any napkins, she told me to go to starbucks cause they had lots of them.
