Zales — Local services in Reno

I was just at the Zales in the mall and they were busy due to the holiday coming up. That was expected. I was told the next available salesperson would be with me. I waited about 5 minutes, when another salesperson asked how they could help. I asked if they sold single diamond earrings. She said no and at that point looked like she was going to move onto a person who came in after me. I mentioned I thought they might not and I may have to buy a set, I started to explain the situation and to ask further questions about some I was interested in but she obviously wasn’t interested (I guess I had been downgraded from being a potential profitable customer because I inquired about buying just one earring), and instead of listening to me, instead she directed me to look in a case I had already been looking at across the aisle, and informed me she would return and walked away to the other lady who had come in after me at the front of the store. She was very incredibly rude and didn’t care about me and probably made incorrect assumptions about what I was willing to spend, (not that that should have mattered) and just wanted to greet and help the other lady - obviously a better prospect in her mind. Boy, was she wrong. I walked out. I will never go into their store again. Worst...

Upgraded my wife's wedding ring here. The cool thing about it is that at the time they gave us a credit card so that we could just charge it and pay it off over time! Of course they have such a beautiful selection of jewelry here that we had to buy some more nice things. Over the last couple of years since we bought the wife's wedding ring I bought myself a really nice watch as well as some gifts for my wife and other family members. We brought the ring in to get it cleaned and Jenny noticed that It needed a repair.
