Went in around Xmas to buy my husband a jacket but I got the wrong size so I went in a while after Xmas and got a different jacket for him but I got the wrong size again lol. Unfortunately my family was effected by covid and with my daughter being hospitalized and me being hospitalized and my father passing away and all due to covid I was unable to do the exchange on time because of these reasons and we were covid positive and so we weren’t able to come in. It was 2 months give or take since the last exchange I did so I was way overdue the 30 days but I wanted to wait 2 weeks after my negative test before going anywhere so I called and the manager amanuel and explained to him and he told me don’t worry come in when you can and I’ll take care of you. So I waited until It has been 2 weeks since my first negative test and went in and decided to get a wallet and a keychain and I had a little money left over from the cost of the jacket and so I got a tumbler and he gave me a really good deal. He wanted to do something good for me since so much bad happened and he is a amazing man! He is very kind and so generous and I really appreciate what he did for me and how understanding he is. I definitely recommend you go here to buy your sport goodies because they will take care of you and treat you well. A lot of companies wouldn’t take the time to do this and others look at you only as another sale which is fine I guess as it is their job but they don’t do that here! They treat you like a actual person who has struggles and successes and they actually care. If I could give any more stars I really would. They’re just truly amazing and I will only be coming here for our sports goodies....

I just want to say I love 4ever sport, the employees are so professional and have wonderful customer service. They always let me know when the are having a promotion going on as well. I bought a reversible 49ner jacket for $200.00 and got 20% off for my dad, he really loves it. The employees there, helped me get the right fit and gift, I love this store so much, I just want to thank tou guys for your wonderful customer service, and really devoting your time to help me out. I will definitely come back.. one happy customer.....

Store has great customer services, is always looking clean and has a great work environment. I recommend going to this store if you’re looking for dodgers, raiders, 49ers and almost any teams hat, this is the store to go to.
