Unless you're lucky to get one of the tenured instructors, most are very new and seemingly quite inexperienced. Instructors keep changing and they can cancel your class randomly and one time even when we showed up already and then they cancelled a few minutes in. When the class is only 20 minutes and it is cancelled 5 minutes in, it's a big deal. Many times classes would start a minute or two late, which is also a big deal, once again when classes are only 20 minutes long. For 2 to 3 months classes were completely cancelled because of an HVAC issue that made the facility way too cold. What sucked was that prior and after the closure there were classes where they didn't cancel and it was so cold and unbearable that my kid couldn't even be there, but they didn't tell us and so we basically had to pay for classes that were useless to us. Went to Cascade Nails. Within 3 hours nails were splitting on the sides (even though I asked repeatedly to not file the sides because it weakens them). I called to have them fixed and instead of having me come back while they were still open they told me to come back after 10am the next day. I got them done for a trip and was leaving early the next morning. She told me I should have called them earlier. I patronized a new Bubble Tea spot called 32°Below. I am so thrilled to have a Bubble Tea place close to my home😁 The customer service was excellent, she walked me through my entire order.
