I needed to return a defective product, the manufacturer sent me a FED EX label without much information on it except for a bar code and an address. The staff at Mail Box Express was able to answer all the questions I had about this label and even called me back later that day to give me the tracking number I needed once the FED EX driver showed up to pick it up.
