Zero customer service after you’ve spent thousands of dollars. Spent almost $4000 altogether but I found that after you spend your money that lovely customer service that you get during sales is nonexistent. I’ve been to this More location multiple times over the last few months. Bought a living room and dining room set a few months ago after going to this location 3 to 4 times doing measurements and making sure I grab the items I really truly wanted. Andres was my sales person and he did a great job. Catering to me during my visits. Last week after multiple visits to the store looking at a particular bed room said hi decided on a mineral colored canopy bed just like the one they have as a floor model. I did find some abnormalities with the bed, but I was assured those were abnormalities because it was just a floor model. Received my canopy bed today and found the exact same abnormalities as the floor model had that I was ASSURED would not be PRESENT when I received my BRAND new bed. As soon as the delivery people walked out, I contacted customer service to let them know the defects on the bed and to find out what options I had to replace or return the bed. The customer service representative advised me that the bed was available in another after I explain that my bed came with the same abnormalities that I saw on the floor model. The customer service rep advised they could not guarantee that the same bed model in a different color wouldn’t have the same defects or abnormalities. They explained to me that they could replace the bed and send the exact same color for free or if I chose to get the exact same bed in a different color they would be a $99 fee associated. Let me get this straight, I buy a bed brand new that has defects, and you HAVE to come get it regardless, because YOU sold me a defective BED or waive the $99 fee and give me the same bed in a different color. You have to come get the defective bed anyways right? No!!! Then the customer service person asked me why I didn’t refuse delivery. How do you refuse a bed that you cannot tell it’s defective until it’s put completely together.? The customer service person would not give me their name. I actually was going to go ahead and order the exact same bed in the new color, offered to me and order the nightstands to go with it and spend an additional thousand dollars almost but their customer service representative left a bad taste in my mouth so instead I’m going to return the bed all together and take my money elsewhere where I’m valued as a customer. I really don’t like the way that I was treated and I wasn’t accommodated like I should’ve been and they should’ve done what was fair. I guess shame on me for having faith in this company that I thought I was valued in. I won’t be spending any more...

On Monday, September 15, 2025, my mother and I visited Mor Furniture for Less at 8301 S. 180th St., Kent, Washington. We were in urgent need of a recliner due to her recent surgery—a purchase that was not just a matter of comfort, but of medical necessity. The sales team, perhaps motivated by the slow traffic and the nearing end of the business day, completed our sale around 6 PM and assured us that the recliner would be delivered on Wednesday, September 17, between 2 PM and 6 PM.
That delivery window was critical. I rearranged my entire work schedule, forfeiting important meetings and using vacation hours that I had planned for personal time. I did this to ensure I could receive the recliner and assist my mother during her recovery. What followed was a complete breakdown in professionalism and communication.
At 2:30 PM on the scheduled delivery day, I proactively called customer service to confirm the delivery. I was told I was the final stop of the day and that the driver was currently on stop 7. I waited patiently. At 5 PM, I called again—no answer. No courtesy call. No update. Nothing.
By 6:30 PM, having received no communication and with the promised window closed, I left my home. At 7:15 PM—an hour and fifteen minutes past the latest promised time—I received a call from the delivery driver. This is not just a minor delay. This is a blatant disregard for my time, my responsibilities, and most importantly, my mother’s health and recovery.
To make matters worse, I was unable to be by her side in the hospital due to this failure. I trusted your company to deliver on a commitment that had real consequences. You failed.
On Thursday, September 18, I called again. The response? “All merchandise is on the truck.” That vague, dismissive answer is unacceptable. I demanded clarity and accountability. I was told someone would follow up. No one did.
Let me be clear: this experience was not just inconvenient—it was infuriating. Your company was quick to take my payment, yet completely negligent in fulfilling the service I paid for. The lack of communication, the missed delivery window, and the failure to provide meaningful customer support are all signs of a company that does not value its customers.
If anyone is reading this and considering doing business with Mor Furniture for Less, I strongly urge you to reconsider. Demand a written delivery guarantee. Demand real-time updates. And most importantly, do not trust this company with any purchase that requires timely or reliable service.
I will never spend another dollar at Mor Furniture for Less. You’ve lost a customer—not just because of a late delivery, but because of your complete failure to respect my time and...
