Ever since I moved in last year, the front desk lady with grey hair has always been very RUDE and RACIST to me and other non-white tenants whenever we walked by the front desk. I have not experienced this nonsense anywhere else. Every time when I was asking for help checking the mail room or for any other inquiries, she always gives an unfriendly and unprofessional attitude, such as giving me a condescending attitude and side eyes. This is very UNACCEPTABLE! As a PAYING TENANT, and I DID NOT pay thousands of dollars per month just to receive this kind of attitude and service. By the way, they deleted many negative reviews made by other tenants (dog pee in the elevator, package/food deliveries stolen, weed smell in the hall way, random fire alarms, maintenance randomly break into your unit when you are in a shower, etc.) If you don't want to ruin your life, AVOID this place like a PLAGUE!!!
Update: the concierge called me names yesterday for pointing out her unaccetable behaviors. And the manager threated to use lawsuits against me. This, is how they treat a paying tenant. What a JOKE!!!
Update2: Regarding their reply, there were many negative reviews, but they deleted them. Staying here at the first place is my biggest mistake, and I’m only trapped here per their lease breakage policy and I found a better place to move to as soon as I have a chance. Also, they didn’t do anything about anything I mentioned above. They are just full of lies!!!
Update3: I’ve just had my food delivery stolen for the 7th time (within 10 minutes it arrived). And I just found that on their lease, they said they don’t do any criminal background check on any tenant, so you can potentially be neighbor with criminals like...

During the Covid-19 period, the management team allocated our entire maintenance team to another new site. And the office and maintenance team were not responsive at all. Since it was a tough time for all so I could understand that situation. Then, the management team changed three property managers during the last several months. The first two property managers ignored my emails and rarely post any news or comments on our community portal. The new leasing manager said he would help me with my referral thing but no solution and response at all now. This May, I referred my schoolmate Ding to our apartment since I thought it was great at that time. I introduced everything to her and even sent her a video about my apartment because our community couldn't provide on-site touring for new residents at that time. Then, Ding and I both filled the resident referral form and sent it to the leasing office. No one replied until I sent several emails and called them so many times. When I asked when could I get my referral bonus, the office staff only asked me to be patient and wait. Now, it took almost half year for them to process my referral bonus and I still didn't get it. I moved out at the end of September this year. I did move out check with the maintenance staff, he said the overall condition was great. Then the property staff told me that I could get my deposit within one month. No, I didn't get it still. Again, no one answers my call and no email reply. Read more10/24/20 were moving out and a bit nostalgic now about our time here. The building has been good to us and the new management team is finally making up after about a year of turnover. Robert and Orrin are still our favorites. We will cherish our time here.
12/26/2019 Updated after living here one year: There has been lots of turnover with management, and communication has been less than ideal. Where they were once transparent, now we feel like any communication that occurs is only to save face. For example , during our lease renewal process we found out after the lease rate and terms were agreed on that in ADDITION our parking rate would go up, without prior discussion.
Building is still fine but guest parking is a mess, so don't expect to be able to have guests regularly.
Everything has been wonderful. Andrew made the leasing and move in experience very seamless. Apartment is very up to date and has beautiful windows that let in lots of light. Building is also very "smart"- in unit nests as well as wired Cat 5e so that you don't have to run Ethernet cables all over the floor. Super modern building and we're extremely happy with the building and location. It takes me 8 minutes from my door on the 6th floor to the platform at Beachmont station, my commute to the Longwood area is very easy.
