I said: "I want my money back and she said, if you don't leave I'll call the cops". I don't doubt why this company doesn't have customers. I walked in with my 3 kids and wife with the intention of acquiring services. The girl seemed knowledgeable and smart but ended up being ABUSIVE and AGGRESSIVE. I brought my own phone and asked if it would work, the girl said "Yes" without even verifying anything (I guess part of her salary is commission based). She charged $55.00 on my credit card without having the service connected and after 40 minutes of her trying to figuring out to get it done, she couldn't. That's when I said: "Ok, no problem, just put my money back"; she then replied: "Sales are FINAL in Cricket". What would you guys do? I said: "I won't walk out without my money back and she said: "If you don't leave, I'll call the cops". Imagine what a danger I represented with my 3 little ones and my wife! She didn't connect the service and didn't return the money. I'll call the credit card company and report this as FRAUD (best way to describe...

Came in to cricket to move over my wife’s number from Verizon which I had done perfectly a few months ago with a Dark haired guy in the store. This time a was “helped” by a girl named Corin and I swear I could have revived more help from a log. She kept laughing and pretending she knew what she was talking about but just screwed everything up, bottom line is 2 hours later still didn’t get it done so we left. Lost 2 customers Corin great job.
