I went to Great Scott’s tonight, pulled up to the drive thru window to find three employees having what must have been a quite compelling conversation. I sat and waited and I know that two of the three employees saw me waiting but no one came to the window. I waited for about three minutes before ringing the doorbell with the sign that reads “ring for service”. About 30 seconds later one of them came to the window and told me he was working on a drink order and that I needed to wait a few minutes. He closed the window and continued chatting with his coworkers. I waited about another minute, when I saw literally none of them working I decided I would just leave.
