Updated. All the baristas are super great! Eastlynn, Makiyah and Hannah make the best drinks and are always super friendly! It's always a special touch when they remember your drink. Hopefully it was just a bad day for this manager, and we will likely visit again.

We have frequented this location near daily since they have opened and have had minimal issues. Not today. Today my husband received the worst customer service. They advertise that they open at 5am. My husband got there just after 6am. No one was at the window. He waited. He waited so long that he was ready to drive off. So, he knocked on the window. Nothing. He yelled "Hello" and the manager came out and asked him very rudely, "What do you want?!" The absolute disrespect to a customer is unacceptable. If you do not like your job, then quit. Will not go back to Rexburg. Had to wait behind car that was having conversation with a staff member for quite sometime before the window. When I started to leave, she decided to come take my order. The car pulls up to window and conversation continues. I finally get my drink and confronted the employee on how having to wait while they talk was unprofessional. Her comment to me " she's a regular here". I could of been a regular too, not now. I hope that one regular keeps you in business. My drink did not taste like the Idaho Falls shops. I have been going to the Java here in Rexburg since it opened and I have to say I love it!! The staff is always so personable and open to conversation but get my drink out so quick! It is literally so refreshing to be recognized as a regular, I’m pretty sure Tylee has memorized my rewards number, it’s amazing!

Truly, in the almost 2 years or so they’ve been open, I can confidently say I’ve never had a negative experience here even if they were busy as hell! I would gladly drive across town to go here instead of Starbucks or DutchBros...
