To start off becca/Claudia did not get my order right! Which is irritating because I needed my order by a specific date! They messed up on the order by ordering a different color an then they say they don't carry the color I need that an when I called to let them know they didn't bother to really hear me out instead just placed me on hold an then thier manger answer by telling me what was your question? Oboiusly if your employee actually listened she would have know I didn't have a question but rather a complaint. So they mess up my order an then try to turn around an say I'm the one that made a mistake which makes no sense because I know what I came in for. So then I ask for a refund an he tells me that there is no refunds an IF I WANT ME MONEY BACK THAT I HAVE TO GO TO COURT. My opinion that is horrible management style why on earth would you tell your coustumer that especially when THIER employee made a mistake ! why not just accept it that they made a mistake an fix the issue .
