Wanted to find a local ice cream shop. Went in and the theming was fun. Arrived about 45 minutes before closing, and they were already putting up chairs and mopping floors. They kept cleaning quite close by while we ate, so it felt a little uncomfortable and like we were an inconvenience. The ice cream was good, but I don’t think I’d call it special. We got a brownie sundae, and the brownie pieces were pretty tasteless. I will say that the pricing was actually pretty good. I felt like we got what we paid for in terms of quantity. Overall, I’d say that if our customer service experience had been better, we’d probably stop in the next time we were in town. But at the moment, I’m not sure...

The new owner is nearly never there, the staff is barely trained. My wife tried to order an iced coffee, and instead of informing her they were out of ice, the staff poured water into the coffee to cool it down and served it to her. Incredible, really. Every time we go there we are disappointed on a new level. The high ratings are based on the old owner's work, its extremely sad to watch this place take such a massive turn for the worse. If the new owner sees this, if you aren't going to try, please sell this place to...

This is a local treasure that both residents and visitors should frequent. The lunch menu has great tasting salads and every sandwich has some type of awesome sauce that brings it together for a wonderful lunch. Each week the soup changes and this week the chicken dumpling was top notch. Everyone should find this gem and enjoy a meal and then desert afterwards. You will probably meet the nice young couple who own it along with their kids when you go in there. It's a must visit and repeat visit in the Rice...

Stopped in here for a coffee and a pick me up and was impressed by everything else, as well Ice cream / soda counter with a ton of options for treats and beverages. Also soups salads and sandwiches, and a Wisconsin theme gift shop. Nice little store, would definitely be a regular here if I lived in the area

After dinner we got desert here. Boyfriend got a Turtle Sunday and I got a Dirt Sunday. Also bought caramels and a T-shirt. Always love Cedar Crest ice cream. Very cute shop. We shop local when ever we can and would recommend this place to anyone going to Rice Lake.

Went in to get some food at 2:10. Unfortunately when we got there we were told they quit serving food at 2. If you’re wanting to come here for food make sure you show up between 11-2. We were disappointed but we still got some yummy ice cream.
