I am extremely disappointed with the way I was treated by this company. It was made painfully clear that I was not valued as a customer. Despite being ready and willing to spend my money, I was made to feel like it wasn’t good enough. I understand that we may not be the same race or color, but that should never factor into how someone is treated. No one deserves to be looked down on or dismissed, especially when showing genuine interest in a store. This experience has left a lasting impression, and I can confidently say I won’t be supporting this store again. As someone with over 400K followers on Instagram and years of experience working with various brands and retailers, I’ve never felt more disrespected or dismissed than I did while shopping at Condem Sense. The customer service I received was absolutely unacceptable ,unhelpful, unprofessional, and downright rude.
