Dined here on a Sunday Family day, We walked in and went directly to order, we stood there for about five minutes till I had to ask “Where do we order” must I add there was no one in front of us! Nobody behind the counter was even trying to look at us even after having seven employees right in front of us not one of them stated that they would be right with us. One employee answered me and stated “You order here” without the “We will be right with you. So finally after we asked where do we order about another 3 minutes pass & the gentleman stands right in front of us just looking at us with a no expression on his face so I went ahead and said “Oh you’re ready” and he nodded his head only. So then I started to order, throughout the whole time in line from getting our trays to paying there were no smiles & absolutely no Customer Service at all, as a matter fact we felt so not wanted and out of place. The only reason that we didn’t walk out was because we had just came from an outside event and I had gotten sick from the heat and I needed to eat and cool off for a bit before we went home! Which was 45 minutes away and could have gone in our town to eat. But we chose this place.
While ordering I asked for some butter in a little cup because I love butter and the lady told me there’s some already in the little packages but I continued to tell her that I wanted a little bit more in a cup she threw it in a little cup and handed it over to me and turned her face while handing it over because obviously that bothered her. Every single one of those employees were not happy at all that we were ordering. The cashier was better and he told us to enjoy our meal and then the lady at the homemade roll area was the sweetest ever that came to offer us fresh bread, Must I add they were so delicious. She did touched her hair like she was more like running her hands on her hair. and with her glove then continued to touch the bread ingredients so after that we didn’t get any bread but she was the best smiling employee there! The food was a little cold but maybe it was because we were deciding on the sides. My husband said the ribs were very salty I on the other hand well I love salty food so I couldn’t tell you but overall everything that we ordered was delicious other than the brisket been dry and almost no flavor, from our experience I would not recommend this restaurant mainly because of the way we...

If I could give this no stars, and still be able to review this, I would. But unfortunately I cannot do that. If your wanting Bbq for lunch, maybe dinner. Please, go somewhere else. This is by far, the absolute WORST place to go. I know a few people that use to have a job at this spring creek before quitting, so I know inside and out on this place. First of all, the employees are 95% all Highschoolers, I know most of them that work there now, its awful working with these kids constantly talking bad about one another and talking bad about customers. Not caring about wasting bread by burning them or undercooking them and STILL servers it, not caring. They go chitchat with other employees leaving another employee to do all the work and handle everything. They don’t use gloves NEARLY as much as they should be doing, and they use their bare hands to get the bread into the the box to take to the bread place. They constantly go back and go on their phones and then go work with food without Washing their hands at all. Gross. Secondly, managers. They talk awful to their employees and favorite them. Just because they like one employee because their are pretty, they don’t have to do nearly as much, or they get paid more, even thought they are awful workers that should be fired. The good employees that actually do their job get thrown on the back burner and get yelled at for something they didn’t do. They also think screwing someone over and having a over balanced money drawer is “okay” and “good”. A certain manager will say awful things such as “I can’t handle these people” and “these Asians are cheap!” And walk away, making young employee handle the business a manager would do. Now, just in general. Yes, I will admit, somethings are good, if you go on a good day. But it’s mainly a whole bunch of overpriced, gross food. Personally, I’ve ate there about 3 times. The first time was okay, the 2nd time was awful, and the 3rd Time was worst. Knowing how they treat their employees and how they treat their food. I’m disgusted. I will never, ever step foot in there again, and I encourage you to do the same. Thank you for taking your time...
Read moreToday I called and spoke with Zak regarding not receiving a gift card for being over charged when my family and I came in. After several failed attempts on my end of making it back to the establishment. Originally I called on the day in question and spoke with Richard. After inquiring about the price I was charged Richard said he would refund me the difference for the over charge. Once again with me living no where near the restaurant I still have yet to return. So on May second I called and that’s when I spoke to Zak. I apologized for not making it in on May first the day I set up originally with Richard. As I explained to Zak that my mom died on the first and that’s the reason I didn’t make it and wouldn’t know when I could. And also after explaining to Zak the reason for this entire issue was do to me being over charged. Zak went on the say that he would just refund me the entire amount for my inconvenience. As well as offered his condolences for my loss. He stated that a gift card would be mailed to me. I thanked him and let him know how much I appreciated his help. Now today I called and asked for Zak to let home know nothing has arrived. But now for some reason he didn’t remember and claimed he didn’t say what he told me originally. He put me on hold and had another young lady take the call. She stated that she was told to get my address. As I said to her I was placed on hold with Zak. She once again said that she was told to get my address and she was really nice. Afterwards I asked to speak with Zak but now all of a sudden he was to busy. And I say all that to bring this point. Honor and own your word to a person. To just disregard someone like they is wrong. Especially when all of this is was NO FAULT OF MINE. Customer service as well as appreciation greatly lacked towards me. But it’s ok I just won’t visit this location ever again. Thank you...
