The pizza here is out of this world! From the very first bite, I knew this was something special. After my meal, spoke with the owner and learned that the dough takes 72 hours to prepare. That level of patience and craftsmanship really comes through in the flavor and texture it's no exaggeration to say this is tied with the best pizza l've ever had in my life, which a top spot in NYC.
What impressed me even more was the atmosphere and the way they approach the dining experience. This isn't one of those places where you feel rushed out the door. Instead, you can tell their goal is to deliver the best experience you've ever had with pizza. Every detail from the crust to the toppings to the pacing of the meal feels intentional and thoughtful.
The people here make the difference too. The owner, Maen, was warm and genuine, and our server, Safe, delivered excellent service with a smile. Together, they made us feel truly welcome.

You can genuinely taste the difference – I was so impressed to learn the owners import their flour and many drinks directly from Italy, and they clearly use the highest quality ingredients.
We ordered the Margherita con Bufala and the Melanzana Bianco, and both were beyond phenomenal. What truly sets it apart? The dough is so light and fresh, it didn't make me feel stuffed or heavy afterwards – a huge win!
