After 11 months being with State Farm, I decided to switch to GEICO again. The reason for this decision was neglecting my frequent requests regarding changing the payment due date, plus canceling my policy without a prior notice that was simply originated from their negligence in updating my payments due amount. They did not simply update my profile to resolve this simple problem (after 4-5 weeks of consistent communication) and today texted me that my policy is canceled; following with a happy birthday text wishes (thanks for the surprise)
Moreover, the state farm app and website are so complicated so that I could hardly find my ID card, bills, and payment information.
Honestly, I had a bad experience with the state farm company and will never get back to them, especially with this agency, and it is mostly because of omitting my request, needs, and unclarity in their communication and the bills!

I was involved in a horrific car fire a few weeks ago. My car was completely paid for, so I thought it was best to just cancel my policy. Honestly, I was so traumatized and upset I didnt know what I wanted to do. Sarah answered my call right away. (Did I mention that these ladies ALWAYS answer and I never have to wait?! That alone is amazing!). She could hear that I was clearly upset and crying. She took the time to LISTEN and empathize. Y'all know how rare that is in today's customer service world. She allowed me a moment to calm down, and then asked me how she could help. I was thankfully able to purchase a brand new vehicle that day, and within a few hours Sarah had my new policy hooked up for me. She took so much stress away that I probably couldn't have handled, and I am so so so very thankful for that.
