Iāve been to this location several times, and while itās convenient, my orders have mostly been extremely sweet, way too milky, or theyād forget the added cream I requested in my nitro cold brew (happened twice in a row).
The signature ādutch classicsā they have are always super sweet, and if not sweet, super milky. If I ask for half sweet, thatās when I can taste the milkiness. These guys are the same price as any other drive-thru coffee. Itās a premium I choose to pay, but I rarely ever taste the coffee/espresso because it hides under the milk and sweetness, which is why I started ordering the nitro cold brew (with added cream to counter the strength).
The first time I ordered the nitro with cream, it was perfection. The second and third time, however, has been disappointing because theyād bring out the coffee, and itās clear as day that they didnāt add any cream. I generally go in the morning around 9-10 on a weekday, so itās busy but not insane to a point where theyāre overworked. When I ordered, the guy specifically said Irish cream can be mixed in and then theyād add the soft top on top. Itās also disappointing because I use my Dutch pass app and add a pre tipping option. When I pulled up to the window to wait for my (originally incorrect) order, they were oblivious to the error. I usually am hesitant to bring up errors if they are working on fixing it, but I told them this was the second time this has happened and all I get is a lackluster sorry. After tipping, my order was $6.95, which I also canāt change even after my order was messed up. Iām very inclined to just use whatever cash I have left in the app and just going back...

I recommend getting the Dutch Bros App so you can look at all the glorious options and pay! The physical menu is further up the line, so I recommend you bring a smart phone so you can scan the QR code (positioned at the line entrance) to look at the menu while you wait. I love that they donāt just do coffee as they do other things like Energy Drinks, Teas, Smoothies, and much more. I tried the Rebel Energy drink and it was fantastic! Much smoother than a store bought energy drink. Also these baristas are like A+++++ people. It was 20 degrees outside and they still were standing out there being friendly while taking orders. Also, shout out to the kind gentleman who let me add a drink to my order after I realized I forgot. Additional shout out to the kind woman who walked out to my car with my drinks like 5 minutes later with BOTH my drinks (I didnāt ask for her to walk out, she just did and I thought that was super sweet!). One thing that is frustrating is the inconsistency of flavors for their drinks. I ordered my usual blended Picture Perfect with light caramel and an extra dub shot and it's usually this beautiful mocha color. But this time it tasted heavily of milk and whipped cream, barely any coffee flavor at all. It wasn't sweet. It was not blended all the way and tasted very chunky thick of ice. Every single time I order this drink with an extra dub shot, it seems to confuse the baristas. Which I don't understand what's so confusing about adding another dub shot? The baristas this time seemed to be very distracted with each other. On their phones, talking a lot. They weren't that friendly compared to other times, and for how busy they were I was surprised how they didnāt seem to be hustling to get orders out.
