I have lived in the City of Chicago in past years. I moved to Dallas 4 years ago and was thinking about having proper authentic hyderabadi food. I thought I won't be able to get authentic traditional mouthwatering Hyderabadi food until I made my way to Zaafran kitchen. So the Story of Zaafran kitchen goes back to the times when we use to get together what we call (Bhaitak) at our friend's place. I have first experienced their food made by group of hardworking brothers Salman, Irfan, Imran and Zain, they served us delicious dishes. The dishes were so amazing that people started asking if they own a Kitchen or Restaurant somewhere and that's how with the people's positive feedback and blessings Zaafran Kitchen was started. I would honestly suggest that they have the bestesttttttt Biryani so far in DfW region and their Chicken 65 is real authentic 65 that we experience in Hyd Valima Receptions. Behtereen Cheeqmaar, Angaar 🔥 Food, Jazakallah hu khair Zaafran Crew, you guys are doing an amazing job of serving the people in town with finest Hyderabadi food. I've been a regular at Zafran Kitchen for quite some time now, and I'm always impressed by their consistency. Whether it's my first visit or my tenth, the taste remains exactly the same – authentically Hyderabadi and absolutely delicious!

The Biryani and Haleem are outstanding and taste just like what you'd get in Hyderabad itself. The biryani features perfectly cooked, aromatic rice with tender meat, while the Haleem is rich, creamy, and full of flavor. What really sets Zafran Kitchen apart is that they maintain this high quality visit after visit – no surprises, just consistently great food.
