Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Richardson

WORST SERVICE EVER!! I will never order from here. They don't deserve my money. I called in to place my order and the gentlemen said that he didn't think he could deliver to my place. He placed me on hold to get his manager, the manager came on the line and said no they don't deliver to me and I would need to contact another store. The location when I googled it was 1.8 miles from my house, I said I didn't understand why they couldn't deliver and just offered to pick it up instead. The manager, who was still helping me, advise that it is actually not as close as I think and sounded very rude and argumentative. He then wanted to know what I wanted, I told him that I had already order and he yelled at the other guy to figure out what I had ordered. By this time I was so annoyed with his attitude, and couldn't believe that THIS was their manager!! I decided I didn't even want to step foot in the store. I mapped the location, and it was 3.3 miles from my house and the papa johns I ended up ordering from is 3.9 miles. Papa Johns really needs to work on...

Me & my family have been customers at this location for decades. In recent years, my home is a little further away & have bought from other PaPa John's closer to my home more frequently. We have enjoyed their menu selections, including the New York style crust. Today, we order our pizza with exactly that but were stunned that the crust didn't taste at all like their New York style crust. If I were to guess, it tasted as though another type of crust was used, stretched out a bit to make look closer to a New York style crust and then just labeled it "New York Style." Their wings are tasty (way better than Pizza Hut, for example), but pretty small, so order "8" instead of "6" unless you want to go really light...

Worst delivery ever. Pizza was a bit over 1 hr to deliver. Driver couldn't even find my location or make an effort, had to get in my truck and go look for him. He barely spoke any English if any. Pizza was between warm and cold, at least the Root Beer was still cold. Has to be beyond the worse experience with their delivery guys ever. Should had ordered Fratellis instead. Update: May 6, not 17. They offered a free pizza to make up for their previous bad service. This time can t blame the driver since I went to pick it up. Orders meat lovers and only got pepperoni. Time to place their service on social media. They really do have beyond the worse...
