Ogden's Superstore — Local services in Richfield

NOW UPDATED!! Now, a Rep. from the Richfield UT store, felt he had to discredit my personal company by going on Facebook and posting a 1 star review! That takes the CAKE!!! Got a bid from Ogdens on carpet around the end of January 2017. I came back several days later, on 30 January 2017 and decided to go with a less expensive option than I had originally received on the original WRITTEN quote. When they came back with the new quote... It was more than the original bid for the more expensive carpet. When i asked why, they told me they had miss quoted me the first time but when I added up the figures the original quote WAS right and they just tried to hack me around on the pricing. This is the second time in the past few years that we've made big purchases at Ogden's Superstore, and I highly recommend them. They have a great selection of products, and sweet happy employees. Ryan is very easy to talk to. He answered all of our questions, never once being pushy or acting annoyed. He totally puts my husband at ease when we go in there (which isn't that easy to do). He helps us find great deals and explains the ins and outs of the things we pick so we'll have a heads up on how things work. Even once I got the stuff home and was a bit of an airhead and couldn't figure something out, I called the store and he patiently talked me through it. The delivery guys are a pleasure to have come in and install the stuff, too. Just great people to work with. All around positive experiences....

After months of looking and looking for the perfect refrigerator I stopped into Ogdens to ask a couple of questions and Ryan was more than helpful. He answered all my questions never pushed me to buy, just told me straight facts about all the appliances. It was awesome to not have to feel stressed to have a sales person breathing down my throat. He was not trying to sell me anything, he was just trying to give me all the information I needed. I asked him when it would go on sale and he told me when to check back and sure enough I got a great deal on all new appliances.
