I wanted to give 5 stars at the beginning but when I caught with my own eyes (while I was standing waiting for my food from hibachi grill) where the person who was the sushi chef tonight, she finished one sushi roll and right before she was put on the serving plate she took one piece of sushi and put it on her mouth quickly and continue using the same gloves and took the rest of sushi in the serving plate. I was a bit surprised when I saw that. I get it if you busy and hungry and didn’t have the chance to eat but come on at least change your gloves before she took the rest of the sushi in the serving plate for your customers. You’re not in your own house and serving your own family. I don’t know what about you and I know if I didn’t see I wouldn’t know but unfortunately I saw it. The only thing I always have when I eat at the buffet is only from the hibachi grill because I create my own plate and they cook in the front of me. All the staff were friendly. The buffet kinda small. I don’t know if they ever offer an oysters like other buffet that I’ve been but today I didn’t see it. They have desserts bar (lots of fruits choices but not much cake options) and ice cream.

Not as notable as most other Chinese buffets. I did see an assortment of goods. The ones I did choose were abit bland, ( salmon, bok choy, clams ). The fruit and sushi bar's tiger rolls were outstanding, also the food cooked on the hibachi grill. The dining area was a decent size, and food prices adequate for the selection, look and taste. Servers were cordial and patrons seemed to be enjoying their share of what was there to choose from. We did order the tea which had a murky strange look to it, so we opted for water instead. Altogether it was an okay establishment.

New to town and first place that we went and it was awesome! Great selection and everything was really good. They had a steak dish that was incredible. We will definitely be back next time we are in town!

The service is fine, at least for me it was. That is not the issue. The lack of food, both in the variety and the amount, is the real problem. The crab legs, they did not put any out. I was there for an hour, none were put out, even after I asked, still none. I wish there was another alternative buffet in the area. The bread they have a lot of, I am guessing because it is cheap, and the ice cream they had plenty of, although only 8 types. The deserts there were a lot, no complaint with that, but the main food, the pork was very salty, and there was only a small amount. No Turkey, which is crazy, no Ham, no Roast Beef. Turkey needs to be there every day, and the sides to go with it, like mashed potatoes, so at least you can have a decent main course. The chicken wings, even those were in short supply. They need to do some changes. Raise the price, make it so that the Crab Legs are extra and you order them when you sit down, something like that, but the way it is, I won't go back. Just too expensive for too little.

Update 06-01-18 still they only put out about 6 crab legs every 30 minutes and I understand it's because they are expensive

What I strongly suggest the management does and other Asian buffet's have done this is to offer crab legs by the pound as an add-on at market price

In other buffets where they have done this I have ordered a pound or two pounds and even though it's expensive I was very happy that I was able to do this and also to have lobster steamed that you can add on would be an excellent thing and Little Nick steamed clams by the Dozen that you can add on would also be a great addition

I know there are people who are budget conscious that won't spend the extra money but there are just as many people who will spend the extra money and now that the West End has switched their supplier of crab legs they are not edible they are horrible and I am looking for a nice restaurant that serves steam crab legs and steamed clams and steamed lobster and price is not an issue quality is

Please give it a try and advertise that you're going to have steamed crab legs that you can purchase by the pound put it in one of the little sale circulars and just try it for a month and see how it goes I think you'll find you'll get a lot more upscale people coming to your restaurant specifically to purchase...

I will never go here again. I took my two youngest children there for lunch today. It was their first time at a chinese buffet and they were excited. Our food wasn't good at all (the dumplings weren't even warm, they were cold), there weren't many choices, but it was tolerable. My kids were having fun and don't really know the difference. Then our bill came. I was charged $6 for my 2 year old daughter's meal, which included 3 pieces of sweet and sour chicken and a small scoop of canned pinapple. My son ate two pieces of food off his plate so I asked the waitress if I'd be able to take his food home and they gave me a container. When it was time to leave, I handed the bill to the woman at the register ( $12, $9, and $6 after rounding up to the nearest dollar) and she proceeded to weigh my sons to go container that the waitress gave us. We were charged $9 for his plate, then another $6 something according to the weight of his leftovers. That's over $15 for 5 sweet and sour chicken pieces, a piece of garlic bread, a few fries, a spoon of white rice, and one tiny square of chocolate cake. I understand that it's buffet but the original price for my son's food should have been adjusted rather than double charged. This place is the biggest rip off ever. At any other place I could have fed me and my kids for half that with much better food and service. I will never...

It does not abide with the Ada act laws. Many violations towards me and my very well behaved small service dog. Insulted me verbally, along allowing another customer ( with manager standing next to her at my table) to rant and rage at me and insult me and accuse me of not needing needing a service dog cause she said I didn’t have a disability and several times yelled to the other patrons that I didn’t need a service dog. I was in the front corner of restaurant ( seated illegally according to Ada law! I was so frustrated and embarrassed. When this said customer threatened to call authorities, I said go ahead cause I’m not doing anything wrong. Authorities never came, cause I was in the right and said customer got even more mad. This all done very loudly so entire restaurant could here. Management right next to her. My very clean dog was calm and quiet under the table. The customer said it was unsanitary to have him there. So now I go to the on 309, because I will not go back there and get mistreated again. And yes I’m reporting this restaurant for what they did. They also told me I wasn’t allowed in future to use food bar and had to order off the menu. I said no that’s illegal to make me do that. People that support me and the Ada law have said they ll never go there again for...
