Hilltop Plaza — Local services in Richmond Heights

I found this UPS STORE via Google. The staff over-delivers their old school brand of customer service. They asked everyone twice (at least😁) “Do you need help?!” I love great service - I despise people who work in customer service - but seem to be bothered by their CUSTOMERS! This UPS STORE is the exception to millennials attempting to help you. Thanks again! Kudos!

Update: If I give accolades, then I must also give criticism. I visited the UPS Store recently and was greatly disappointed by the same staff (with out the OWNER present!} I was returning Amazon purchases and the box was slightly torn from being opened. There was one employee working the counter and another in the back taping boxes. I was asked to pay a dollar for a pice of tape for the employee to tape the box - my other option was to purchase an entire roll of tape and DIY😳 Welp! I went to Hilltop Plaza to the Tuesday morning store. My sister and I went there because she was looking for a cover for her huge comfy reclining chair. They did not have any throw covers for the chair however we found some other items that she could get used because she and her husband had just purchase a home. The prices were very reasonable and all of the items where are of excellent quality and value. Most of the sales associates were very polite and helpful. They also have a nice size parking lot. My main gym is located in Hilltop Plaza. I'm a senior citizen and this is the best gym I have ever attended. All the Planet Fitness gyms I attend in my county are excellent. However the Planet Fitness located in Hilltop Plaza is definitely my favorite. I attend mostly late at night/early am...and the staff is professional, hard working and very courteous. The gym is clean, well stocked and kept in good order. There are other businesses in Hilltop Plaza I patronize sometimes; and they offer valued and professional services to the community.
