From the moment I walked in, I could tell that the owners spent a significant amount of time setting their displays and merchandise. Beautifully set up, it was easy to navigate and shop around. Many of the plants were not labeled so I had to use the PlantSnap app. Service wise, I was not impressed. The ladies did say hello, and that was all the service that I got without having to let an associate know I was purchasing some plants. After talking with her, she found out that I was looking for plants for a housewarming gift but assumed I wasn’t interested in any pricey pots for the plants. I never said anything but I suppose she just thought I was cheap! I was wearing some old jeans and my boyfriend’s t shirt so I guess I looked like a bum, but I was taken aback by her review of me! Nevertheless she did show me some wooden boxes that I am going to patina so it wasn’t a total loss. All in all, I spent roughly $95 bucks and I like my purchase, but it’s doubtful I’ll be a regular.
