Update - still absolutely amazing! Wait staff is kind and quick. Food is delicious! Busiest I've ever seen it.

The menu is a delightful journey through Peruvian cuisine. Everything my wife and I ordered came out quickly and was delicious.
For dessert, the Alfajores (shortbread cookies filled with dulce de leche) are the perfect sweet endings to a fabulous meal. These are hand made in house!!

Read more5 stars isn't enough for this Casita! It is such good fresh food made when you order it! As good or better than any ceviche or lomo saltado I've had in Peru. I tried the ribeye saltado special... simply amazing! We tried the postres as well... legit Peruvian... delicious without too much sugar. They have the menu that most restaurants should have... limited to what they can actually deliver in the way your mother would prepare dinner for you! They don't offer too much but, everything they offer is worth trying and will be worth savoring! Don't expect fastfood speed, they don't start cooking until you order. So worth the wait! Cleanliness was exceptional. Crazy good value! Super welcoming vibe. Foodie's delight! Well worth the detour! This family owned restaurant will help you understand (if you don't already know) why Peru has one of the top five food cultures in the world! Came in a party of 6, everyone loved it! Can't wait to go back! Can't stop thinking and talking about our experience there. Only disappointment is that they aren't open the day we pass back through... and they aren't located in my...

Also, while I was waiting for the food, I went inside the restaurant to ask for a cup of water because we were sitting outside and it was hot. I was told they couldn't provide any, just bottled water. Meaning I have to purchase it. But I already purchased a drink but I had not received it yet, I just needed some water. The waitress walked out.
I've had some not-so-good experiences in this restaurant in the past (hair in the ceviche, and a lomo saltado that barely had any steak in it) but I wanted to join them for the celebration. I was terribly disappointed.
I will never visit this place again. I'll take my...
