7 Stars Holistic Healing Center — Local services in Richmond

WHAT A JOKE THIS PLACE IS!!!! I'm not sure who these people think they are, and maybe it's simply a case of giving an insignificant person a little power, but I'll NEVER give my business to either of the Seven Stars dispensaries again and here's why.

After I realized that all of the dispensaries I usually visit, including Green Remedy in Richmond, Magnolia Wellness in Oakland, Harborside Health in Oakland and a few more in Vallejo...all very upstanding dispensaries with great reputations and very friendly people....will, after they've verified that you're actually a MM patient using your original doctors recommendation with the seal on it....let you in to purchase cannabis after that with simply your driver's license, I decided to save myself $35.00 and not get a plastic cannabis card. That is....EXCEPT FOR THIS F#$@#!!ING PLACE! They INSIST in having you show them not only your ID every time, which is fine, but on top of that you also have to show either your cannabis card or your original recommendation...which means that to give this place my business, I always have to carry my original recommendation around. So, along with the abysmal parking situation and long walk just to get to them, my tendency is to only use them as a last resort, because...not matter what they think....their cannabis isn't any better, and even sometimes worse, than the dispensaries I prefer and who also seem to be much more friendly.

However, on the way back to Richmond from San Leandro today, I felt a bit tired and decided that, instead of driving past my house all the way to Green Remedy, I was going to stop by Seven Stars. So, after driving around and around the huge parking lot of the Asian mall their located in trying to find a parking place, but only ending up being able to find something at the outer edges, I took the long, hot walk to Seven Stars....but, because I'm so used to only needing my drivers license EVERYWHERE ELSE...I forgot to bring my recommendation with me. So, when I present my DL to the guard at the front door he tells me that he didn't know if they'd let me in without it this time....because, you know...they've already seen it in person, just like all of the other dispensaries, and supposedly put it on file. So, he takes my paperwork and license inside and a few minutes later this woman comes out and, instead of being nice and friendly, while providing me good customer service by not making me walk all the way back out to my car on a hot day, SHE DID JUST THE OPPOSITE!!!!! But, what's worse, when I came back with a bit of an attitude from being treated so poorly and simply told her that I was not happy about it, instead of apologizing and endearing herself to me so that I'd maybe want to come back and purchase more product from them, she blurts out....WOULD YOU LIKE TO LEAVE? And, when I replied that I didn't, it didn't matter to her at all because, even though I wasn't being anything close to belligerent, let alone violent, she decided to simply call the security guard to tell him that I was and to come escort me out the door. And ALL I DID WAS TO TELL HER THAT I WASN'T HAPPY WITH HOW I WAS TREATED!!!!!!!!! Her response was completely off the wall, but like I said, when you give an insignificant person a little power, watch out because it'll probably go right to their Storm Trooper selves, just like it did this "little person". She obviously can't handle any sort of criticism or negative responses to what she must think is the palace of dispensaries or something, but, trust me....IT'S NOT and I WON'T BE BACK....especially, because there are lots and lots of very friendly and customer service oriented places out their that deserve my business way more than these idiots do!!!! (But, hey....don't tell them that, because you'll surely get...

I recently visited 7 Stars Holistic Healing Center at 3219 Pierce St, Richmond, CA 94804, and had a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the friendly and knowledgeable staff who made me feel welcome and comfortable. 09/23 UPDATE 7STARS remains a top notch destination for all your cannabis products. On a recent we were cared for by Jovan. I’m pretty sure he’s helped me in the past and he’s always spot-in helpful. My partner and I are exploring edibles and Jovan provided firsthand information and steered us in the right direction. 7STARS is likely the best dispensary. I’d feel disloyal going anywhere else.

First of all 7STARS new digs totally hit the highest display marks! So clean, slick and streamlined!

Adrianna kindly greeted me and gave me her full attention from start to finish. She escorted me throughout my areas of interest and it turned out to be a premier cannabis dispensary shopping experience. The deals were incredibly generous! They had so many she had to double check the list. They’ve got the best prices for 30 pack 25mg capsules and you can’t beat BOGO for flower and gummies! Plus I got a 10% Senior discount (and proud of it 👍🏽!). I recall the initial days when they were on the 2nd floor across the street in the Pacific East Mall. Even back then it was always a one to one experience, from the instant you enter the room until payment and exit, staff is always knowledgeable, professional with excellent customer/patient service. I was a breast cancer patient-survivor during the pandemic and 7STARS staff assured all my needs were met to survive chemo treatments with little to no side effects. They’re a wonderful resource for cancer patients and I highly recommend them for that.

By far, 7Stars is the Neiman Marcus of Bay Area dispensaries but without the needless markups. As a penny-pincher I’m very grateful for the deals 7Stars offers it’s customers. I love you...
